I found that if you ask a question from a staff person at Home Depot, and in particular at this store, they will go out of their way to be helpful. In this busy times this is quite important to me.

The staff at the Lake Geneva, WI store are very friendly and helpful, especially Angel, who is the head cashier, and Kelly, who is the assistant manager. The leadership is doing a good job hiring and retaining staff who care about your needs.

I was here a few weeks ago & bought many baskets...beautiful. it worked into our visit that we were in the area & stopped again! Some baskets on sale...bought more!

It was VERY busy and I needed mulch which was on sale. I was helped through the whole process and Mary helped me load my car! Super helpful!

This Home Depot has the best plant and gardening section around. The plants are always healthy and the selection is excellent.

The help that I received today was exceptional. Both Lori and Kristin went out of their way to assist me. They had to really go out of their way to take care of my needs.

We purchased a large Husky Rolling too lchest for our son for his birthday. My concern was getting it home. Yesterday we went to pick it up. The staff were great. There were 2 guys, Tyler and Mike who assisted in loading this into my van. It took 4 of us to lift. My son and I were the other two. Tyler and Mike were great. They were super careful and gentle. Got the chest into my van with no problem thanks to their help. They were also very friendly on top. A nice touch.

Went on a mission to get a couple of items we needed. Not only did I find what I needed there were helpful people who directed me and walked me through.

Lori was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about my options for cordless saws combo kits. She is very polite, warm and caring plus knows her stuff and I didn't feel rushed like some stores. Lk. G. HD is the best Home Depot I've been too in all my years.
