We had been trying to replace our refrigerator. Home Depot was the only one in our area that was able to get one with complete certainty. Janis was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping with the ordering process. We would definitely use Lake Geneva Home Depot again.

Mike in Lumber is a fantastic Home Depot employee! He really went above and beyond helping me today. I am disabled and usually need more help than other people do with things and he was patient and kind and just a great guy and a huge help for me to get the materials I needed for my daughter's bookshelf.

Every time I go to Home Depot the employees are exceptionally happy and helpful!! Thanks!! It makes dealing with home maintenance needs so much bette3r. I actually look forward to shopping there.

We have been shopping at the Lake Geneva Home Depot for many years and always receive great customer service. The store is well maintained and clean. Whether it's lumber or something from the garden center, the selection is good and high quality products.

Shout out to sweet and friendly Dawn, our cashier who went above and beyond to locate plants we needed. And to Hannah and Tyler who came over to very carefully help us load all our plants and heavy potting soil into the truck (with a smile.) We were treated so special, which is a treat in these times of shorthandedness. Thank you so much Dawn, Hannah and Tyler!!

I shop Home Depot about once a month and they have so many helpful friendly people there. I was greeted by several people as I went down the aisles. You can tell they are well trained in customer satisfaction.

I visited the store in Lake Geneva and had an excellent experience. I was able to find products that I needed and wasn't able to secure locally. I will definitely visit again soon. There were some awesome sales and I was able to benefit tremendously.
