This store had been neglected by management. Its appeal is far from good and overstocking merchandise on the isles it is hazardous.

I’m always very happy with everything l buy at Home Depot. I been buying all my planters and garden stuff and plants there for years.

The items we needed were readily available at a reasonable price. Our checkout experience was great.

The store is very clean very organized and the majority of the workers at the store are very knowledgeable about what you're looking for

I love that I can walk into any section of Home Depot and be greeted by a staff meme er how not only knows the use of everything but can guide me through what would be best for the project and how to do it properly.

Worst customer experience ever over 30 plus years shopping at HD. What a joke it is to be a pro member and honor the price on HD website.

Overall I had a very good experience in this location. I’ll go back again because Glen is there and is incredibly helpful. I will just plan accordingly and have things I need that aren’t on hand shipped there, or to my house for larger items.

I just bought paint at the lakeland fl store. Kimberly was a great help and extremely professional. She helped me and others quickly and efficiently. What a great asset

I would purchase another ceiling fan from this Home Depot Store, and I would recommend this Home Depot Store to all of family, friends and colleagues.

We were returning items. Only 1 cashier on duty and she was on the phone with someone, helping her customer. Her monitor had an image but was not moving. We waited 10 minutes. A lady who was standing with her back to us, just staring at the cashier & not helping, turned around and turned out to be the other cashier. She didn't apologize for keeping us waiting. She was being of no help to the lady on the phone, so why did she just stand there ignoring us for so long? Bad customer service

I like this Home Depot, the staff are always willing to explain how something works or what is needed. They are friendly too. It is quick and easy to get someone to help you load heavy items. I appreciate this store!

Don in Tool Rental helped me find out why my nail gun was not working and helped fix it. He was very professional to work with.

The products or items I have bought at this store were great. I bought a Whirlpool dish washer many years ago and it is still operational. Replaced the racks. I get complements from people saying how well it cleans the dishes.

Never had no problems I always get help when I ask.

Shelves not properly stocked with items listed as abundant, employees giving out incorrect information on why there are no items despite it being listed as abundantly stocked. Don’t hesitate to ask for the manager, as the one at this store found the item in abundance in the back.

WE ARE LANDSCAPING AND NEEDED CERTAIN DIRT WITH A REASONABLE PRICE.

He helped us push our carts to register and also helped load our truck!
