Cashier and store employees were very friendly and helpful.

I can always find someone to help. If I have a question they can't answer, they will find someone who can.

The paint department is awesome in this store. They work quickly and efficiently to get everything perfect when they mix the paint. They are simply the best.

During the COVID-19 pandemic I found this Lakeland North store was going this extra mile to protect their employees and the shoppers. I was impressed. As usual Home Depot comes through. I’ve used their approved contractors for services and support services an was impressed.

My salesperson Bridget was very helpful when I purchased a washer and dryer pair from home depot .....she really tried to get me a discount for the pair.

Will you recognize Glen (#25) who has ALWAYS been helpful and polite. It is because of Glen I shop frequently at the Home Depot in Lakeland FL. Another person I want to recognize for her fantastic service and charm is Tomeka. I had a difficult return and she handled it without an issue. She is great! Great Store!

The service was terrible. We bought a riding lawn mower and the person who came to help was a young guy who acted like he was bored. He dumped us at the casher and left. We then had to wait again for someone to get someone to come back out and unlock the mower and go get the keys and manual. The first person who came out wanted to know what we wanted (kind of rudely) and when I told him what we were waiting for he left and we waited another 10 mins for someone else to come out. All total, this took almost 45 mins. There was one gentleman by the name of Kirk who tried to help us during all this, but wasn't trained for the garden center. The employees should have a little knowledge of all departments so this type of service doesn't happen

Clean store , friendly associates customer services. Will do business again. Associates A+++ CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

I would like too see slightly lower prices than those in Lowes. Plus it would be nice if the military discount would extend to the rental department.

The store is always clean. Safety is a big issue that Home Depot is taking seriously and doing a great job during Covid-19 pandemic.

Home Depot is always my first goto home improvement store for all my home improvement needs. They are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Never disappointed in the availability and selection of products.

It Cant be worst the way I still feel, today I was getting some supplies for my business like usually do in this location and I found some of the items I was looking was not in the same place anymore I saw an employee then I stop to ask him but I wait until he stops to chatting but he continues with his chat and I said excuse me then he Jump over me he said in a very rude way " I AM TALKING WITH HIM!! when he refused to help I turn to see his badge but he didn't have any and he Said I'm Brad! I will never come back to any Home Depot again!

Don't order anything online from this store or you risk not getting it! I never did! I also left messages with the manager and she NEVER called back or made the delivery!
