We were looking for plants that repel bugs. One of the employees went out of her way to give us great options. She understood that we did not want to purchase anything with chemicals and recommended plants.

i bought a grill, was easy to find, the price was great. the store is organized perfectly and it was very clean as well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Mobility carts not charged and no one cares

Employees are pleasant and show willingness to assist me. And, I can 99% of the time find what I'm looking for.

He is knowledgeable, competent, and possesses exceptional interpersonal skills. He efficiently and effectively addressed all of my questions and concerns. Additionally, he displayed outstanding commitment to thorough customer assistance in the time of need. I am very confident the gracious treatment received from Frankie is available to all customers served by him.

It was so nice going to this store and actually have people ask me if they could help me find anything. I was asked several times. The cashier was awesome because I was having a problem with my military discount, so she just took care of me. Great positive changes! thank you.

I went to buy some paint....didn't know exactly what kind/type but Miriam took the time to explain to me what I had to decide.

No one to be found in the tool area for assistance and the cashier was beyond rude and unprofessional.

I needed help with countertops and Katherine W went above and beyond this morning helping me. The employees all around were absolutely helpful!

I needed Glacier Bay bath vanity,Delta Chamberlain 2-handle bathroom black faucet and Liberty Harmon black handle knob . Needed this in Hollywood, Florida right away. Went to my regular Home Depot in Lawnside, NJ. Raymond Spencer, Appliance Dept took over and the Oakwood Blvd. store in Hollywood had everything the next day for our condo. Great Job!

I went to home depot looking for a few small items to finish a project in my house, and i was blown away by the customer service in the whole store… really a great experience and i would recommend that everyone go to this store over the others in the area.. there are willing to help employees at every corner of this store and everyone seems to work really hard to keep the store clean and keep the customers happy! i love it!

I brought floor tile and when I went in there I was confused about what to get but Mr Oscar I think is assistant manager or supervisor not sure took the time to help me decide was very patient so I took up a lot of time trying to decide, but his customer service was excellent I really can't say enough about him, but thank you Oscar
