Darci, in the carpet department, helped me with my project - even though I was in the wrong department. I told her what I wanted to do (knowing all the while that I was choosing the easy way out). She explained very politely and professionally why what I wanted to do would not work out in the long run. Then she proceeded to take me to the right department in the store, showed me which material would be best for my project. Cut off a sample of the project and wrote on the back of the sample _NO CHARGE! So, I went back home took my measurements and purchased all of the materials based upon her recommendations. I can not say enough about her professionalism, her super-friendly attitude and willingness to answer all of my questions. KUDOS to Darci and to Home Depot for being smart enough to hire her!!

The entire staff was friendly and Darci in Flooring went above and beyond helping us with all of the options for our stairs and landings.

super clean store, easy to find items. Employees go out of their way to accommodate you. Well stocked

Waited 30 minutes for someone to come out and get me a propane tank. After I paid for it I went outside and waited by the cage. After waiting for 15 minutes, I went inside to ask if they could page someone again. Nobody came out after 15 minutes. Went in again at the 25 minute mark. Still nobody. Went back in after waiting 30 minutes and got my money back.

The Associates throughout the store do their best to be helpful and make shopping there a pleasure. An associate sought me out and asked to be of assistance.

Darcy is awesome and very helpful! This location never disappoints! Top notch customer service.

A quick trip for supplies to fix a running toilet turned into a great experience and new washer pirchase due to LBriah. A few people walled passed us and didn't acknowledge us or see of we needed not LBriah she stopped helped and my husband and I couldn't be happier. Well done young lady. Very professional

If you need help look for a young lady named LaChanda!! Seriously she is great and help you until you get what you need! Friendly, courteous, and smart. She worked with me until I got what I needed.

Shelve and product stocking during normal business hours with 20 employees in one aisle at a time is annoying and unsafe during Covid 19 pandemic. After hours would make more desirable for customers

Manager Steve on duty November 21st at 6pm was rude and condescending in regards to returning a appliance. He wasn’t helpful in the slightest, instead made me feel dumb for trying to return a product I purchased from the store, ohhh how dumb of me not to know I can’t return an appliance when I was never told I couldn’t return this product here.

This store is the best. The customer service is the best at the pro desk.

Store good. Clean. Employees are great. It is a convenient location. Not really any problems to report. Most everything needed is here. I get social anxiety around crowded places and am not comfortable trying to shop with other customers near me. I can not focus on what I am trying to find with other people hovering around. This store and other home depo's are generally more crowded than other hardware stores. For that reason, I prefer to shop elsewhere. I rather shop at a place where I can browse what I am looking for and find it, without others hovering around me, in front of me, next to me, or otherwise. I can not say for my own personal reasons this store is bad or not any good. Its is probably good. I am cheap and have more time than money. So I shop where I can save money. And feel comfortable to focus on what I a shop for, see the prices clearly.

I return to the Lawnside, NJ Home Depot often because its always consistent for my needs. Associates are always looking around to see if anyone is in need of assistance. I always find what I'm looking for, or something else that can do the same job for me. I never leave this store and have to go elsewhere to find the product I was searching for. I live close and that's great.

Store was clean, the garden center especially had fans and light water misting to make a hot day shopping outside more comfortable....

Purchased over 12 Kitchen Cabinets and asked for assistance with needing cabinets higher up. Employee told us they were not licensed to lift and could not help us. Employees stood around and watched up load cabinets into carts and never asked to help us even when we asked for help. Cashier accused us of “double dipping” after showing valid military ID and refused to give military discount. No one in the store asked if we needed help loading our truck. Stood and watched us. Very lazy and rude employees.

Everything was the cats meow in this place.
