they price matched adirondack chairs for me

I had new windows installed Saturday and a crew of four people came out. When they were done I had caulking all around the sides of each window(7) and he told me to paint over it. I don’t have money to have my home repainted to cover up a tacky job. I have photos to show. I addressed it with him and he later came back on Wednesday and put a trim around the windows and it looks better . But my initial reaction to the job being done I was not happy to the point I wasn’t going to pay my remaining balance and wanted a full reimbursement.

I had a tricky plumbing pipe issue that required and expert plumber to come out and charge us a fortune to fix. I took a photo and brought it to this store and the female plumbing expert walked me through the fix which save our family $400 in repairs.

I bought a golden Retriever Christmas decoration that wasn’t lighting up when I got it home. I brought it back to the store and James, Kaylee and the man at returns worked on it and fixed it so I didn’t have to return it! They were caring and patient and went above and beyond to solve this issue. I left a very happy and grateful customer!

I was shown a varierty of styles and products.

The store associates were friendly and ready to assist. The store associate did not hesitate to help me when I needed help locating an item.

The associates at Home Depot stores in general are not the most friendly. That said, I think I should take the time to shout out two at the Lawrenceville Store for being extremely friendly, welcoming, and making my experience infinitely better! The Lawrenceville-Suwanee location is clean, well stock, and excellent customer service. If you want to get in and out quickly visit this location the helpful staff will take good care of you on your visit.

I was so impressed with the friendly employees who were very accommodating and actually asked if you needed assistance. Everyone I encountered was customer friendly. This reflects upon good management who obviously offered good training on how to make a customer feel welcome. This store has become my favorite Home Depot.

There always seems to be someone around to help. If not, customer service will find you someone. Knowledgeable staff. Good prices and product availability.

Avoid this store if you can. Poor service, employees bring their children to work, they don't want to help you find the items you need (especially if it's close to closing time).

Employees always been Great help when I needed to buy tools and get certain attachments for tools

The people at Home Depot number 0126 have always treated me like family and are eager to help me with my needs.

There are cashiers available to check you out. I hate using self service checkout. I appreciate that Home Depot still has people available to do this job.

Bought a grill on Father’s Day and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I was able to get a spot quick. They came intime and did the job. After I inspected the system I was able to find unsealed spot. Called them to come back. They came and corrected it. I felt like the technician was in hurry to leave
