The store is busy all the time and I am still able to make selections/purchases without delays

The purchase was easy. The delivery time was reasonable given appliance shortages. However, the installation portion has not gone well. I understood that delivery/installation would occur together. My appliance was sold with no refund, so someone was supposed to come measure before delivery to be sure the oven would fit before it was delivered. This did not happen. Now, I am receiving an oven today that may not fit and it won't be installed today. Home Depot needs to be sure customers understand all this. Ask questions to be sure they understand anything they must do to ensure someone measures and installs.
