We bought a door it looks great

We recently moved into the neighborhood and received a mailer from Home Depot inviting us to visit the store and provided a 15% off coupon. We went to the store, bought a bunch of stuff, but when we got to the register were told that the coupon was only good for online purchases. Indeed in small print it did say that. Why send something with an invitation to the store with a coupon you can't use? To me, that is misleading.

I had to return a broken appliance and the customer service was excellent. They went above and beyond their duty to help and assist with the transaction. I couldn't have been more happy.

Where do I start?! A lady helped us first at customer service (didn’t get her name) and did a wonderful job. There was an issue on Penske’s part that made the return process very long. A line started to form with very impatient customers. The lady who helped us kept calm and was polite the entire time. Sherry helped us at checkout. We just bought our first home, so we had quite a bit of merchandise. She was so friendly and thorough. She said several times how happy she was for us. Sherry, you really made our day!

Was buying a Dewalt nail gun, but need to see if it had a tip, I was purchasing the nail gun but they would not let me open it to see if I had to get a tip. Had to wait 5 to 10 min just someone to give us permission to open it. Will not shop there again

The Associates take the time to listen and help you find what you are looking for.

I am a frequent flyer at this HD store and almost every time I go there I find exactly what Im looking for at a price I want to pay. The store is usually clean and organized and the staff is more than willing to assist you if you need it

Cement products top quality, boards were straight and true, windows I needed were located for me, employees asked if I needed help and go out of their way to show me where products were.

Home Depot is by far the place to go for all of your building needs. These people at the Lexington, SC store are the best. Friendly, helpful and happy to do so. You can tell they enjoy what they do and will go above and beyond. Congratulations on being terrific!!

Pretty good prices on most things, could the a little cheaper on others. Most of the workers seem very willing to help and Sherry at checkout will send you out with a smile.

This property is very well organized and well maintained. The associates are professional and efficient and the store is managed in a way that makes one want to come back

Today I purchased pea gravel for a path in my yard. It was a good choice on my part becasue it reminds me of paths along the coast. I wish I had a picture to share but I do not.

Home Depot has a large selection of materials that are very helpful in day to day living as well as the DIY projects. They also have good sales on bulk building materials for contractors. The staff are helpful and informative.

They were quick to provide assistance as soon as came in and helped me find a better deal for my needs and saved me money at the same time. Excellent job by the sales associate Stan.

Always find what we need at this store, employees are helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise, if they can't answer a question they find someone who can.

Not once was assistance offered even though I went to three areas where I could have used it. So I attempted to figure if what I found was indeed what I needed for my project. After feeling confident, I then decided to look at other items I had been thinking about getting for the house. Finally, with my arms full because I had not initially planned to get the other items today, I go to check out and they close the lane as I arrive at it. Then an employee insisted I go to the Pro Check out. I went to the Self-Check since if was closer and I'd already spent more time in the store than I intended. The same employee asked if I needed help, I said no. I laid my armful of items on the counter and she grabbed the scanner and jumped in front of me and scanned all the times even though I told her I didn't need help. The she replied that is what she was there for. Yet I am the only one she did that to. I am sorry now for all the money I have spent at Home depot including having purchased my windows from them only to be treated like a thief! It was infuriating.

Kayla in carpeting was a wonderful help with our large carpet purchase! She was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond! Also her manager, Heather, was great help as well!

The store was clean and associates were very friendly and helpful. I will be back.

Bri and Liz went way above and beyond to locate the exact lawn tractor I was looking for. Inventory in front of the store was very low, but they took time to double check the store inventory. I was actually amazed that they really seemed to care. Extremely refreshing; kind'a renewed my faith in mankind.

I have never had a problem with his phone. The store is always clean and organize every time I go. I am always greeted by many employees and asked how I am doing! Honestly I’ve done a lot of research and their prices smash Lowe’s by far!

I normally go to another store and because of my experience at that store was so bad, I went to Home Depot. It has been a while since I went to Home Depot in Lexington and I was in awe as to the improvements, displays, customer support and availability, and clean. More importantly Home Depot was in stock to what I needed. The home depot associates were very helpful. I know this review seems to good to be true. I am telling you it is true.
