Jamie (cashier) was patient as she assisted me when I had a problem swiping my credit card during check out. Jamie was very polite and professional, with a contagious positive attitude!

The store was organized and products were displayed well. Checking out was the best of all. Sherry, my CS rep., was so nice and welcoming. She thanked me for coming into the store. What a wonderful ambassador for Home Depot. Thank you Sherry!

Poor management for sure. I see pure frustration from the employees who actually work hard because others don’t do their job. It seems like there is some sort of bias against certain employees and management doesn’t do a thing about it. Extremely toxic environment and just shopping there makes me feel compassion for the ones actually doing their job. Ida is a perfect example of a bad employee, just sits on her phone when it’s busy and throws the load on the employees below her and that seems to repeat over across the entire store. Something needs to change for this store. I don’t even work here but seeing people treated that way surely strays me away from ever shopping there again.

You always have the store in great shape, well stocked, and clean. The employees are very friendly and willing to help find items for you. I enjoy shopping here and go out of my way to drive a little further to go to this store just because of those facts. Keep up the good work!

I have generally gone to Lowe’s for most of my home improvement needs. Mainly because it is closer to the house. I had giftcards for Home Depot so I decided to use them to get what I needed today. Every employee I past greeted me and asked if I needed help. And they directed me to the location to find what I needed. Upon checking out there was sufficient registers open so I did not have to wait in a line. My cashier Sherry greeted me and worked diligently to get me on my way. Something that stood out to me was that she wrote the remaining balance of my giftcard on the back. I have had many gift cards to many different places, and never had anyone do that. Thank you Sherry for you exceptional customer service. I know where I will be going for now on!

Very clean store, everyone offered to help us. Well stocked with the items we needed. The employees were the most friendly we have found at any Home Depot.

Just purchased a GE all stainless dishwasher that I researched on the web for two days looking for best price on this model, Home Depot in Lexington SC had them in distribution center in Lexington and it will be delivered next week vs online that were weeks away for delivery. My wife also got to look at the dishwasher on display instead of just on webpage.

Justin T in Specialty went above and beyond in locating the item I wanted and was happy doing it. Nice working with someone who enjoys their job.

The Lexington, SC Home Depot store is such a pleasure to shop at; any season of the year. Their friendly staff is always available to help if you need any assistance. Their Garden Center is an added bonus because of all the unusual plants they carry. Their interior and exterior paint is also a grade above others. I can typically find everything I need at Home Depot, Lexington.

This store is conveniently close to my home and I am always able to find what I look for when I am there. It is a well organized store and staffed with well trained help.

This store is well supplied with products, and many of the staff are knowledgeable about customer needs. Lakeisha was an excellent cashier.

For an 85 year old male who is not a handyman, I am a semi-frequent shopper at the Home Depot in Lexington, SC. All of the associates who I have interfaced with are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Kudo's to this store! 11/30/20

Fantastic service and very friendly staff

Came to buy a Xmas tree in store because I couldn’t buy on website. Got to the store and the one the wife had picked out happened to have only one left in stock - the floor display. I spoke to 3 people before I found out if it was the only one/if they would even sell it. Finally spoke to a manager who after speaking to a 4th person on the phone told me they would sell it, but at no discount. Being that it no longer had a box, I asked if they would at least throw in a storage bag so I could transport it home and they said no you have to buy it. I was purchasing a $500 tree that had been on display without a way to get it home and they made me a bag that was $40. First of all, empower your employees. Allow your managers to make decisions for the store in a manner that provides high level customer service. Second of all, I will never shop at Home Depot again. Lowe’s understands what it takes to service customers. I’ll happily pay extra (if that’s even the case) to be treated fairly and respectfully. I’d give this review a zero out of five if I could.

Clean Store with friendly, knowledgeable staff. They keep the lines moving at the checkouts and pay attention to customer needs. You don't have to spend a lot of time wandering around because the associates will help you find what you need.

Store is well organized, ample employees for assistance, friendly employees and well stocked. I felt comfortable as an elderly lady shopping in this store during a pandemic. I shop early to avoid crowds and find parking which is the perfect time to visit this store.
