The Customer Service reps in this stores return section are the worst. Laquitta is rude and disrespectful. She got frustrated with me when I attempted to make a return with a valid receipt and she attempted to give me a store credit and do my transaction as if I didn’t have a receipt. I advised her this was not going to work for me because I’ve made too many returns without a receipt. I’m a contractor and I spend thousands of dollars in HomeDepot. Frustrated with my transaction she she mumbled FOH as I walked away

Ask for Tee Tee and Kenneth from flooring they are amazing and very knowledgeable.

Horrible place for anyone with disabilities. Denied access to store because I did not enter thru the door by construction. went to the main entrance where it said Customer service and pickup orders, and the door was locked, so I went to the gardening door, and was told entrance was for gardening only, yet people are walking in and out thru the entrance. So I walked in anyway, get to customer service to pick up my order, and wsa denied my order. This is customer service denning my paid order . They told me I had to walk to the far side of the store and come bake in to pickup my order. They don't care about their customers with disabilities. Told them that the entrances were not marked and they did not care. But, the others checking receipts at the door acknowledge, yes there are no signs up, and a lot of people are complaining. Horrible experience.

Linden store appears to be making more effort to help customers. Reorganizing their return department seems to be less time consuming and employees more helpful.

The store was extremely clean and was in great shape. The associates are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they have.

This store is always clean, most associates are helpful. There are some managers that aren't on the same page as other managers, they all should be as efficient as one. I will continue to shop this store and greet everyone with respect as always, I think Hassanah should be promoted in her position.

The store was neat and very well organized. The employees were very courteous and helped everyone around.All in all a great experience.

This store lacks of training on their team members in the rug installation department. They want me to choose a more expensive rug even though the one I’m choosing it’s the same exact one I put on the same room 4 years ago. They don’t tell you all this when you go there and loose your money paying for a metering that will no be on use for me

Employees at the home depot are great, it their third party delivery company that they are using. The delivers are lazy and liars. They will lie about measurements of doorway, say they was debris in the way and wont make attempt to do a delivery for the appliance. I have been screwed over three time because of that company with my fridge. They will find any excuse not to deliver it, they didnt even give me an option to keep the fridge or removed the old one.

This is the second time I had an issue with this store. BE CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING MAJOR APPLIANCES AND THE DELIVERY. The Home Depot employees are just there to sell and have no idea how the delivery process works. We were sold a refrigerator and were told we would have no issues with delivery. We gave the measurements of our door and they said no problem. Delivery people did not want to complete delivery. This is the second time this has happened with Home Depot. They need to train their employees a little bit more about the delivery process because these employees wasted my time and now we have to go through the process of buying a refrigerator somewhere else where they have competent employees. Salesperson code: VXR4139. I called the store to cancel and refund the order but was hung up on as well. YIKES. Avoid this store at all costs.

Always find the items that I'm looking for. Most employees speak and seem friendly and helpful.

I went to this store to purchase an appliance and there were workers who were walking by without offering their assistance. I asked a worker for help and he said it wasn't his department but when I went to go speak with a manager about no one being available to help I saw the same employee talking to his friend. However Katrese came to the rescue and assisted me with my purchase and she turned a bad situation into a good experience. She's the only reason I would return to this location. If you want this store to continue to thrive have Katrese train the new hires and keep her around because she's a Gem

Had issues at other locations. This one is great! Anthony in Flooring is a star. I had been to two other HD's for flooring - was either ignored or return calls never made. Anthony followed up and provided excellent advice.

The only thing I wouldnt recommend is the service desk.

Close by and plenty of parking, friendly staff and large enough to find most of what you need.

The cashier Maria was extremely helpful and friendly and let me know about specials and promotions going on. I like coming here because the staff is friendly and helpful.
