no too many associo in store

Associates like Julio one of the reasons I enjoy going to Linden home depot very knowledgeable and takes time to ensure I have everything that I need.

Very knowledgeable, polite and friendly.

The paint desk an cashier was very helpful.

Their customer service is one of the worst. I would never use this store again.

I brought in my dog. I've worked at home depot before, and any home depot I've ever gone to was pet friendly. I found out this particular store only allowed service dogs after the fact. While I was there, employees were stopping and petting him. No one ever asked him to leave because he wasnt a service dog. When I got to the self check out, Stephanie, a cashier, refused to help us and rudely shooed me away because she was scared of my dog. Didn't say please. Just literally shooed me away "cause shes scared of dogs" and would NOT help me. Fine. I respected that so I backed away. She continued giving my boyfriend an attitude even though we complied. She was clearly bothered we were there to the point where having her scan items was a very obvious inconvenience to her. WHY would you work in a store where (service) dogs are allowed if you're scared of dogs? and why would your customer service change even if you are scared of dogs? If you truly feel strongly about it, get another associate to help.. there is no need to be nasty. You're representing a company- act like it.

This store has knowledgeable workers and plenty of items in-stock.

Great store, friendly and supportive staff. Staff members genuinely care about the customers and are willing to understand their demands to provide proper advice and recommendation. I felt important at the store, as high priority was given to what I needed, and all I was looking for was a drill bit set and screws.I highly recommend Linden Home Depot.

Employees at this store have no customer service training, everyone that I try to approach were busy on their cell or having personal conversations between them.

After 4 months using this store, I have not once seen or experience anything that qualifies this store for 4+ stars from other customers. I also feel like the sweepstakes is a scam for I do not see any winners from the US past the 1st 2 quarters of this year and everywhere else has been Puerto Rico. For other people, please do not use this store, unless you actually know someone there because I've seen a numerous amount of times where f the customer has some kind of personal relationship with the workers they are treated like kings and everyone else are like trash.

I was able to find what I needed but not very easily and had to really "dig" into the shelves to find what I needed. Even when I do find it there's ALWAYS not enough of it. In a sense I got assistance, I asked a guy where I can find some 4x4 wood and he told me next aisle. Went to the "next aisle" and luckily it was the correct one but it was at the top of the shelves. When I asked the same guy if he can get it for me he said "I'll get to it." Awesome service... The store was def. not clean and not once have I seen this store clean for the past 4 months I've been shopping here. Only ONE person in this ENTIRE store is friendly towards me and that's because I've seen her almost everyday for the past 4 months.

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST STORE. IT IS VERY CLEAN , ALWAYS I FOUND THE PRODUCTS VERY EASY AND THE PEOPLE ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH THE COSTUMERS.
