V the employee not even in her department directed us right to what we needed

I received excellent customer service from Cashier Joey.

I had an excellent customer service experience, and the Pro Door Specialist helped me and my contractor with our complicated orders. Time is money and he understood I needed to get in and out with the correct items and completed order!

I shop at this particular store because it is easy to drive to and is not crowded. Parking is good and I usually find everything I want and need easily.

The crew at Lisbon really go outta their way to help you find product that you need to finish the job. Great group of people to deal with!! Been to a lot of home improvement stores, Lisbon HD rocks!

Sun 1/21/24 we went to Lisbon HD for an electric thermostat and within seconds Tony had it in our hands, he knew exactly what we needed and we didn't waste any time getting home and installing it. That's what we like, a knowledgeable, sincere person who has your best interest and knows exactly what he's talking about and knows you've got things to do. He doesn't waste your time - he gets it and he gets you. Ask for Tony in plumbing for any and all of your plumbing needs, you'll be glad you did!

The Lisbon Home Depot is situated right off the Interstate and is part of a very complete and convenient shopping area that includes several other big box stores along with dining and a multi screen theater. Very enjoyable experience

Just bought all kinds of things for our new bathroom and had all kinds of help.

Home depot needs to do a better job at training their employees. How do you expect to help people with their purchases if you do not know anything about it? I was helped by 2 different employees and they both ordered the wrong product for my project. What a nightmare to deal with

I was making a return with my son. "heather" waited on us. I had receipt for return. Every time I tried to ask a question, or speak, heather spoke over me without listening. When I finally asked her to please let me finish a sentence,she disregarded me. She accidentally kept my license behind the register. Upon leaving, after asking for her name, which she initially refused to give me but I found it was on the receipt, she cursed at me. My son heard her, I acutally did not. He was so stunned, he turned and looked at her to which she just gave a smirk to my son. It was a very memorable shopping experience for him, that neither of us had ever experienced before. Heather was a bully at the register, impatient with customers, and went so far as to swear at me. I had a very negative experience

Lovely staff, but inefficient systems are weighing you down! Recently, I’ve been to the customer service desk twice — for a pick-up and return of extra installation order supplies. Both were absolutely painful! Nearly an hour waiting on someone to find my ordered product. Nearly two hours to make a return (and counting, as I am still waiting for this one to be resolved). It is enough to make me want to never come here again.

They no longer will accept showing military ID to get discount.

Bought RED Scotts mulch and it’s brown, manager said it had to put it in garbage bags to return for credit, even after I showed him pictures and the bad stock they are still selling at a lot of stores in the area

Lynn from the Home Depot pro desk in Lisbon CT helped with everything possible plus some! explained the tools deals for the brand I was buying and helped my thru becoming a pro member and setting everything up! Appreciate her and making it all so quick and easy!!!

Every time I go to the Lisbon Home Depot store I am always greeted and employees are always egar to help. The store is always clean and fully stocked for what ever I need.

I needed adjustable lally columns and this store had plenty in stock, and associates that pointed me in the right direction and assisted in a professional, friendly manner. The product was just what I was looking for and worked perfectly.

Went to purchase shelf brckets that according to the website were in stock, couldn't find them so asked Catherine for help. She couldn't find them either and found that it was an inventory problem, she skillfully helped me find a set that met my needs and finances. She was so polite and caring and genuninely wanted me to find something since I had come in for a specific need. She accomplished it so professionally, she definitely needs a raise or a promotion!
