We love shopping at the Lisbon store. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Never any problems on returns and love their gardening section.

Store was clean and people were helpful Kayla and Serina were especially helpful as I forgot my wallet and was over an hour from home in RI but were able to help me complete my purchase A big thank you to those two ladies!

Service and helpfulness of the staff on my recent visit were fantastic. It was 30 minutes out of my way, but they had what I needed to complete the project.

The store is filled with great people And I always enjoy going out of my way to come here. The products I use on a daily basis are always in stock and ready for use.

I had the privilege of being greeted and assisted by an excellent employee Kay in painting who was not only knowledgeable in her department but her willingness to assist in some questions I had and also directing me to what products to use made for an extremely smooth transaction. Because of her excellent customer service guidance and smiling personality I plan on continuing my future remodeling and painting projects through Home Depot.

I love Home Depot but the survey prize should be changed. A lot of people shop at Home Depot and fill out the survey. There should be a better chance at winning something. Maybe $500 for 10 people or $100 for 50 people. Change it up. Variety is the spice of life. You'd probably get more survey submissions.

The store is always clean and stocked considering the supply chain issue these days. The staff is always friendly and willing to help.

Always clean, helpful staff, great customer service... usually have just what I am looking for. Great deals in lawn and garden...

Sale cashier was so very good at her job!

Store manager Mike is rude and lacks any customer service skills whatsoever. His poor skills spill over to the employees as well as this is what they see their 'leader' treating people like and know nothing else. Corporate needs to take a good look at this store and it's leadership and turn it around quickly.

Store was clean Plenty of product and and easy to find Cashier Robin is is blast to see she is very friendly associate always a pleasure to see her and Lauren at the customer service desk

I was told by a lumber associate that I can return a piece of lumber after He cut it because I purchased the whole piece accidentally. Then the store manager said that I was not able to return the item after being cut. The lumber associate cost me roughly $30 because he did not know his store policy .

Exceptional service, friendly staff, clean and well-stocked store. Rick in Millwork was such a pro! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Manager Eric helped to expedite a return to our satisfaction.

This store was very clean. It had what I wanted in stock. Their people were exceptional.

I felt like I was a very special customer when I left the store.

By far the best one in the area. So many helpful people! Jocelyn in self checkout always is super sweet and Holly helped me figure out a tough choice on color and helped me lighten then color match a half gallon to a gallon i had needed for a project. Thank you Lisbon Home Depot!

Store was very clean. Staff was very attentive and rewarding. I highly recommend this store.

Bad help, no concern about wearing mask, lack of knowledge of associates, also lazy associates who dont care about the customers at all. This happens all the time.

ALL ASSOCIATES WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL DUE TO A PRACTICALLY EMPTY STORE. THE HIGH WINDS TODAY INTERRUPTED ELECTRIC SERVICE TO THE ENTIRE LISBON MALL COMPLEX, INCLUDING LOSS OF THE EMERGENCY BACK-UP GENERATOR POWER.

Thank you Dan for making picking out carpet easy peasy! After measurements were done, came back and had Brian and Wesley help me finalize and pay. Can I just give a big air hug to Wesley for going above and beyond with getting me 24 mos interest free, an answer to my prayers!

Great location with stocked products and wonderful customer service

Very Dissatisfied with the manager & not having the patio set or even taking the time to try & locate one from another store. Very Sad
