We have been building a home for well over several years and have gotten everything from the LIttleton store, be if appliances, flooring, lumber, electrical, tools, gardening , insulation, paint, etc.

Have always had a great experience at the Littleton Home Depot

Had all the parts and products needed for installation of an oil tank at a residential location.

Bought a cub cadet snow blower. after getting it home and started it, when I put it in gear the machine wouldn't move.

Helpful employees from the time you enter the store asking if you need assistance to going above expectations in showing where the product is located and taking tome to assist you in getting the correct size and quanity to do your renovation!

Purchased an $ 1100 item that was to be delivered. Delivery window was 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM. , 14 hours ! Stayed at home all day awaiting delivery. Home Depot delivery was a no-show. No call ,nothing. Called next day to cancel the order. Terrible customer service.

Poorly trained pro-desk employees. We placed an order in-store for delivery and the items we pulled aside were sold to someone else. Manager took no interest. Had to drive to store to cancel order. Delivery person still tried to deliver half of order because no one told her it was canceled.

Always has an interesting selection of plants, varieties nobody else has.

We had been shopping at Lowe’s (next door) as Home Depot product selection and customer service had declined. We were very pleasantly surprised when we went in to use a gift card. The quality of items has increased and the customer service was great!

I special ordered some backsplash and was never notified it came in. The store finally called to ask why I hadn’t picked it up yet. Seriously? If you’re going to charge top dollar for lumber. Make sure its not twisted. Gotta sort through 100 pieces to find a good one
