Great customer service by Matthew at the customer service counter, however, his effort to deduct a 10% military discount on a special order was unsuccessful. If you place a special order at other stores that provide military discounts they are able to deduct the 10%.

Always greeted with a smile in a very clean and well stocked store. Their employees are very knowledgeable and are always more than willing to help you ...friendly and professional isn’t always A factor when shopping ...except the Home Depot in Littleton, NH is a rare gem and seems to me...pride themselves on doing their absolute best for their customers shopping experience!

I had a young man Garrett wait on me today. A woman shopping for specific lumber in no easy pass. Garrett could not have been better! Took all the time needed to help me find exactly what I was looking for . He was showing me all kinds of alternatives that would work. We found what I thought might work and I was all set to take it when he said to me let me show you something else that might work better. Most people would have just let me go about my business but he chose to help me find exactly what I was looking for.

Usawadee is a bright spot in my day everytime I visit home depot! She is an asset to your store with her helpful friendly attitude!

We came into the Littleton Home Depot today looking for electrical supplies. We are do-it-yourselfers and had a great experience with "Electric Bill" (love the name!) He helped us immensely giving us good tips and ideas.

Always has what I need and the staff is great!!

I called to special order a door after double checking my measurements as color I wanted was not in stock. Clerk was very friendly and courteous and helpful each time when I talked with him

The store is clean and well stocked, but it is the employees that make the Littleton, Home Depot a pleasure to visit! There is a Master Plumber and a Master Electrician in their employ. It is really nice to have someone who knows what how to answer my questions! I don't want a clerk to read me the back of the boxes! I can do that! But, in Littleton Home Depot, the experts really know what they are talking about, and they help you to make efficient and safe choices.

Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They were on hand when I needed them

The store inventory system said they had the items in stock but the staff could not find the items. They also were unsure of who to talk to to get me the items. We wasted a lot of time and I left frustrated.

The store was missing some very basic materials, also although I bought several items online, when I collected the items they were dumped in a cart and heavy things were piled on top of lightbulbs. Staff were not wearing masks all the time, they would sneak their masks off.

Store staff kept shunting me from person to person but did not solve my problem.

I paid above market price for a service and materials and the store was more than 60 days late. I followed up about the order several times and was given the run-around by staff who tried to be helpful but did not produce any meaningful results. I had meaningless apologies and platitudes and am thousands of dollars out of pocket as a result of their ineptitude.

Jim Porter and Paul Morin are the two employees that make this store great. Ask for Paul if you need lumber and Jim for plumbing. They are not condescending at all. And can help with just about anything.

I was alone needing 3 sheets of 3/4" birch plywood. An employee saw me, stopped and helped me load up the cart. I asked him to rip a sheet for me and he happily did before returning to the duties he was about when he first saw me struggling with the heavy sheets. A separate employee took me to find two items. He was no longer young himself and I'm in my 70s. The cashier, Lisa, she was cheerful, careful and competent. Rolling the cart out to the truck the guy who helped me find things earlier caught up to me, I had never asked for help by the way but apparently the cashier gave him the signal and he helped me load the plywood into my truck. He refused a small gratuity and waved me off with a smile.

The employees at the Littleton, NH store are always friendly and anxious to help!! They definitely helped me decide on which product I ended up buying! I have never been in there where this wasn't the case. You can always depend on the very best informed help.
