Great associates all the way around

I shop there mostly for small things, like a bird feeder, one or two plants, etc. But the employees take the time to give me personal advice and show an interest. They also have free coffee.

This is my "go to" store. Clean, organized and very friendly, helpful staff.

Great customer service by Iris and bob in plumbing ! thanks to both for helping me whenever i walk there.

Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I thought it is going to be very intimidating to even ask questions regarding my home improvement. But I am so glad I went to this store. I totally enjoy every visit

Cashier "Tami" was very pleasant and helpful during our transaction. Also, I observed her politely confirming with a customer that they had paid for an item that they apparently were attempting to walk out of the store with. Ended up that the customer had not paid for the item and if not questioned by Tami, would have taken the item without paying for it. Although the "customer" was very rude, I thought Tami's approach was very professional. Being a principal of a local business, I was impressed with this employees concern of Home Depot's merchandise and with the way she handled the situation.

Extremely satisfied with the assistance of the employee who went above and beyond the help necessary to find the item I was looking for.

Well stocked and there is usually someone to help with your questions. You may have to hunt them down, but that's understandible. I like shopping here for my diy needs. The cashier was friendly, and the head cashier went above and beyond when I needed that extra attention.

In my experience visiting many Home Depots, the Livermore team truly stands out as mighty fine representation of what customer service can be. They are knowledgable, always available and are amazingly human. Any level of customer service seems like such a foreign experience today's shopping experience. This Livermore Home Depot location really captures the vibes of the romanticized service one would receive in the 1950s. I may be bias due to my general love for building things but I am truly excited to wander the vast ailes of location. Livermore team, you should be proud. Employees like friendly old knowledgable Teddy and quirky Cynthia are truly assets to the ever evolving brand of Home Depot. Looking forward to my visit tomorrow, and the next day.. and the next! - Angelo

this was by far the worst experience to date as a consumer and other home depots are great this store from calling before i went in till i drove off in shock, iv been in customer service 30+ years and i would never treat anyone as i was treated. my bacjkground can be verified by LinkedIn

Help in lumber (Alex) and checkout (Cynthia, especially her jovial attitude and smile) was extremely efficient and friendly. Not often a trip to a home improvement store is enjoyable but this one was.

This store is convenient to my house and I can find what I need 99% of the time. The employees are always friendly.

The reason this store deserves 5 stars is one word. ROBERT. This man is retired armed forces and helped us so much! My mom and I came into the store at 8:30 on a Thursday night and needed some bifold doors. Every other customer service rep was either busy or did the quick to walk down another aisle if they suspected we had a question. Robert approached me carrying the 2 bifold doors and took them from me with a smile and said "I will carry these to the counter AND let me know when you are checking out and I will carry them to your car" This meant to much to me as those doors were heavy and I didn't have a cart. Robert then stayed around the cashier area to help guests he didn't disappear and actually helped us load the stuff into the car. The other workers need to take lessons from this man because no one else in that store held a candle to this guy!

Tanya the evening clerk was truly awesome. Not what you see everyday. She will help with a smile and is very efficient. Store location is perfect for me being out in Livermore area. I'm familiar with it and know what to get and where.

Order through the pro desk is very frustrating. First the order is faxed to the vendor but they don't check to make sure the fax was received, i.e. looking at the fax receipt for the sent fax. When things change like you are waiting for a delivery and they find out at 6 AM there is a problem for a delivery that is supposed to be between 8 and 1030 AM they don't let you know until 1025 AM. When they finally get that mess straightened out they tell you they will call to get a window for delivery and call you right back. Only they don't call and after an hour you call them and you hear "didn't anyone call you" " I went to lunch and thought someone else would call". Completely unprofessional, didn't do their job and was surprised no-one else did their job for them.

My husband and I searched for a long time for a professional who was cost effective and knew cabinetry well, so we could build a media center wall for our home. We found an employee at our local Home Depot who blew away all the competition. They were well trained, understood our vision and saved us thousands of dollars. We were even able to afford their beautiful top of the line cabinetry and counters all within our budget - and were thrilled! We'll return to Livermore Home Depot's kitchen and bath department because of their employees' expertise and great customer service.

I went to Home Depot a couple of days back to buy some retaining wall blocks. I'd forgotten my gloves in the car, so I asked Tanya, the  cashier, if I could leave my cart there while I went to fetch them. Realizing I had to pick up something  heavy at the store, she immediately asked if she could get someone to help me. I wasn't thinking of asking for help, and so was pleasantly surprised and said yes. She quickly got her colleague Nick to come over and help. Her thoughtful, courteous, friendly, efficient service won me over. It was such a great example of knowing - and acting on - your customer's needs before even they think about  it! Nick, who loaded the blocks on to my cart and then, after the purchase, came with me and loaded them onto my SUV was very helpful and friendly too. Pleased with his service, I offered him a tip and he politely refused to take it. Another example of great customer service! Altogether, Tanya and Nick made it made that visit to Home Depot a truly outstanding shopping  experience!
