Excellent customer service, neat and organized

When ever I need anything I just run to Home Depot and get what I need right away! If I can’t find something I need I just ask for help and they are right there to help . Once again thanks Home Depot

I received better service at the Los Banos Home Depot than I have at any of the other Home Depot’s where I use to live. The store was clean, employees very helpful and friendly, we were assisted in a timely manner by very professional employees.

we had a very good experience there today. Gonzalo Lopez helped us and with his help we got our merchandise and happy.

Home Depot is the first place we think of, when we need to purchase something for one of our many projects. Whether buying paint, for the inside or outside of our home, everyone is so helpful and friendly. Also it helps the store is only 1 mile from our home.

Store mangers focus on keeping their profit margins rather than the customer

Clean store great staff. Careful with advertising my experience this morning was that the manager didn't want to hold up to it.when an item in the 50% area/spot you expect that otherwise if noted on the item.it wasn't the dollar amount it was the false advertising that irritated me and left the item.

Marina and James in Online Sales at the store were very helpful and kind. Marina went above and beyond and even called me after I left to give me an update on the status of my order. They did everything possible to make it right.

This has been my go to store for rebuilding my backyard from scratch. Each visit is always easier than the last. The workers are informative and quick on their feet. Valerie and Louis have helped me alot. Thanks guys!

I would like to see more sale and more selection.

Definitely would to see more individuals amongst staff with hands on experience in their respective specialties; there are a few but just not that many. Clean store would like to see better care if the plants in the gardening department especially during the summer

I was about to order flooring 700 ft with homedepot the associate was so thorough and in any good detail looked and looked and looked to see if we had that bamboo flooring and sure enough found all seven hundred feet in stock it shortened my 2 and 1/2 weeks of waiting to find the stock which was a great opportunity for me associate and the store was so great in helping me pull the product and loaded on my truck that by the time I came from the restroom it was on my truck without me noticing that was such a big deal to me my wife and I were both very pleased with the service and in helping me load the material I even asked if I can bring back the pallet that material was on and he said yes so I brought back the pallet and I was very pleased that they would take back the pallet once I had unloaded the flooring and the t molding to go with that flooring was also in stock which was a big help from ordering as a special order I think the team the people and flooring and service and management for having such quality people and their store I will be shopping there always this is a big difference in stores compared to the Bay Area and other stores Los Banos is very helpful and considerate and patient in many tremendous ways yours truly a satisfied customer
