Terrific customer service

This store has gone bad. I remember last year, they had so many helpful associates. Whatever happend the young man Mario at the customer service? Now he was very helpful. You got all these new people up there who don't even know a thing. Why does this store keep losing their best people. Does the store manager not see who's a keeper and who isn't? What a shame! This is the time I wish Lowes was still open.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. I got all my kitchen appliances from this store during our move in to Los Banos and I got reasonable discounts as well. I was able to get a 0% interest on my flooring project for 24 months term. That was awesome making my family project possible. Thank you Home Depot for this program it is very helpful not only to our family but for sure to all who were able to avail it in the community from your store. I was recommending this store to my family friend and neighbor who move in with us from San Jose and they also got their kitchen appliances from this store including their blinds. I will definitely recommend this store to other people in the community and to others who are new to this place.

I needed a microwave that would fit on my counter space- Lupe and Richard went out of their way to make sure I got the right one! They got it down and helped me to the checkout, then took it to my car for me. What a nice shopping experience! I love my new microwave!

I'm new to the Los Banos area and I am impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the great customer service, and the ease of shopping. My Home Depot experience in my previous error left a lot to be desired. Well done Los Banos Home Depot.

First I'd like to thank the gentleman that helped me with my problem with someone coming to fix my washer . I was very unsatisfying , torturing ,bad experience ,with customer service. I have never experienced such , nonsense in my life that woman that I was dealing with should be reprimanded by all means thank you .

Sandra the Happy and always smiling cashier should be given a pay raise. She is very helpful and friendly. Always helps me whenever I need it. Or she directs me to the department or even better, she calls for someone to come help me. Employees are great!!!! Management is another topic.

Besides my small purchase today, I recently purchased a refrigerator from this store. The employee who helped me with my selection and took my order was efficient and very helpful and I didn't have to wait a long time for help. The delivery was efficient and on the day and time scheduled. The delivery people were efficient and knew what they were doing, even giving me time to get the cobwebs and dust cleaned up from under my old fridge. I would highly recommend this store for major appliance purchased.

Department manager Denise in kitchen appliance area was excellent. Was very helpful and kind to us.

The store is clean. I'm happy to see they are now selling artificial turf for people to install themselves. It's in the rug dept. and is on a roll just like the rugs, 12 feet wide. I wish they could tell you a price by the linear foot instead of so much per square yard. Since it comes in a 12 foot wide roll it would be easier to figure the price for the size you want if they had it listed by the linear foot. I like the fact that the paint dept. has a computer to color match any item you bring in. That is very handy.

I received excellent service from Casey in the flooring department. He was able to answered all our questions and his suggestions were very appreciative. He scheduled us for a measurement appointment promptly. He was very cordial, professional and most of all friendly.

Love coming there for our home improvents. The staff is always helpful and always goes above and beyond. They value your service and help with ideas as well. I been there more than once and I would recommend it to shoppers!!!

Anthony in the garden area is the only reason I don't shop at other stores. He is freindy fast, and always gives us great service whenever he's available. Very respectful . Thanks to Anthony I shop at your store

As a new homeowner, I was so lost on how to build a raised garden planter. The staff was really helpful at guiding me through this process. They suggested the type of nails to protect against weather. When I purchased my refrigerator, the staff was very helpful and alerted me to an up and coming appliance sale. Woohoo, I bought my appliance at a great price. On delivery date the guys were helpful at explaining how the appliance worked and phone number to call if any problems.

I was out of town and needed to make a purchase over the phone to be picked up later, Anna in Appliances and Donna at the Service Desk made my shopping over the phone experience an extremely pleasant one, they both were very friendly and professional. They found the washer and dryer that I was looking for and went out of their way to make sure my transaction was accurate and complete. Definitely recommend this location!

GREAT GREAT CASHIER BEST ONE SO FAR,ALWAYS HELPS OUT

Ashley at the service desk was amazing and sympathetic to my husband due to the fact that his grill wasn't assembled like I ordered and his surprise was ruined

we waited 45 minutes to purchase a dryer. the appliance sales person could not be found and no one knew what to do. i asked multiple sales personnel to sent a appliance person ,but did not get a response. i asked one gentleman for the sales person and when i went back to him he was surprised no one came. i asked him i wanted to see if they had certain dryers in stock and he said "did you go online". i told him no, because im here and i wanted them to check on there computer. then he asked if i wanted to look or buy? what difference did that make... wow!!!! hey i get it... they are there for a paycheck , but if im there attempting to purchase a large item, over $500. then i would expect someone to help or better yet, have it on the shelf so i do not have to ask for help... do that and ill be back. better yet cross train employees so that other folks who dont have 45 minutes to an hour to spend standing in the appliance department. i noticed alot of employees walking by and not asking if we needed help. was about to walk out the door and go to lowes , I wouldn't mind the drive, but one nice gentleman came to the rescue and no it wasn't his department. he knew i was upset and know it was not his fault and i want to say thank you...
