It was my mistake purchasing a wrong size but Home Depot took it back for a full refund with no guilt trip

Loveland employee are just great. Personable, knowledgeable and most importantly AVAILBLE. It's a shame your systems don't function at that level. Particularly you Credit Card bank and your egregious program for applying Military Discount at checkout.

The sales cashier, Magda, was very approachable and friendly. She was eager to help us with the check out process and very professional when upselling the home depot credit card. I enjoyed our brief conversation, and feel like she is a valuable asset to the team!

Jolene, in flooring helped us and was excellent in every way. She made shopping fun and we left the store happy with our choices. I hope she is rewarded for her excellent service. I can tell she respected and liked her job. I will be back to shop with her.

So far the process of picking/buying carpet and understanding the quote and installation process has been a breeze. Can't wait to finish our project!

There are two beautiful young ladies that are very helpful.at the registers. One is Isobel. Can't remember the others name. They've answered any questions I've had. Very professional and very quick to help.

I do all my home improvement shopping at this Home Depot. Selection is great and I rarely have to look for help (this only occurs when the store is extremely busy and I never feel put out by it).

Worked with Gillian in paint department and she was so wonderful! She worked with us for over 2 hours helping us pick out stain colors. So patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn't have done it without her!

I needed a specific light bulb that I operated from my phone. I had difficulty finding a match, even though I had a box. Josh and Austin, store employees, came to my assistance once I asked. Their efficiency and knowledge solved my issue immediately. Great customer service!

The Loveland location always seems to have people working that are interested in helping you with what you need. That is usually not the case with many home improvement stores in my experience.

Went in the garden area for one thing. Variety was huge and colorful and the employees were friendly and helpful. Left with more then I planned on getting. Love the store and helpful, friendly employees.

My boyfriend and I came to home depot for a very large section of Astro turf, and the help we received while getting it was above and beyond. Chris helped us in carpet with the turf. He took the time to get a new roll so we had enough, and cut/wrapped it for us. He was also very patient and friendly throughout… mind you, this was a huge section of turf! Magda was then our cashier, who was very pleasant and patient when we ran into issues due to discounts. She was also very funny, which helped pass the wait time faster! Over all a great experience!

Cannot fulfill online orders fully or in a timely, efficient manner. Assistant Manager cannot figure out a way to get his associates to meet customer expectations.

One employee would not back off me when I said I didn't need help. The cashier called us over with a "Hey!" and a finger then didn't say anything or even look at us the rest of the transaction.

Regularly terrible service

I wanted to change the look of our bathroom vanity. I expected to just strip and paint over it. The salesperson, Jeff, was very knowledgeable about all the products and educated me on my options. He was joyous and friendly and I felt happy and confidant when I left with my cabinet paint and supplies purchase. Jeff went beyond with his patient time and help.
