The store was very clean and had a vast amount of high quality options for each product. The staff was incredible! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful employees! The best home improvement store I've ever been to!

We were shopping for appliances and received excellent help from an associate there who really knew a lot about each appliance. She was warm, friendly, and did not rush us. She was able to answer every question, even if it took her a bit of time to look it up. She did not push us to buy more than we needed, but really listened to our needs and responded. I will come back here for appliances next time.

Store is well stocked and somewhat organized as you would expect in a hardware and lumber store. Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Black Friday - they were ready and were stocked. I was pleased with the store and the staff. Clean and ready to go. I was offered assistance several times. They got we were I needed to go and got me what I wanted and out the door quickly. I am pleased.

Very helpful employees even though they were extremely busy for Black Friday sales while I was there. Located the shop-vac I wanted and was in and out pretty quickly with great help from the cashier.

What a great store. Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is clean and I always feel welcome when I shop at home Depot. Sandy was great she has a lot of knowledge about products.

The employees have always been helpful. Once in a while one has to hunt for help. I don't find that a fault with Loveland's store but with Home Depot hdqtrs as they are making huge profits. They could hire and also pay more to their employees. When I was in the store two days ago I received lots of help. A pallet of paint had fallen to the floor in the area where I had to go but they still helped me. They should have had respirators, not fibre dental type masks. HD can afford to care for their people. I will continue to shop at this store due to the wonderful staff at the store. Thanks y'all!! I'm southern.

In the world of home improvement it is amazing how little the actual customer knows about doing stuff around the house. This store and the TEAM that works there are great.I have seen,on many occasions, the great people you have hired going the extra mile to explain,find,recommend and give out options to their customers. I have been going to this store since it opened.2 total Kitchen remodels hundreds of sprinkler parts a couple of flooded basements and a rental property that I have and maintain. Now I have a small auto shop and retirement hang out. The reason for this visit. The water heater failed. Bought everything I needed and was out and done with the installation in about 2 hours. Thanks to all the TEAM at the Store

The store is always very clean, and employees are always very helpful and kind. Even when the employees are first meeting you, they give you a sense of family and that is very important. My cashier Silvia is amazing, every morning without fail she says goodmorning son and asks how I'm doing, I dont know about anyone els but I know for me it is awesome. It gets the day off to a great start. And for me, that is very important to have!

I've patronized this store for years, so long that many employees greet me by name and ask if I need assistance. I'd apply for a part time job if I wasn't an old geezer with little energy or stamina.

Had another great experience at Home Depot. While I have had good experiences at the large competing chain down the road- the associates I have worked with for our flooring have been nothing less than exceptional. Associates in other departments were responsive and friendly as well. Highly recommend

They went to full self check out what a pain in the butt when you have a cart full of stuff to check out.

I had the best experience with Thomas in flooring yesterday. I bought 50 boxes of LVP flooring and he - answered my questions, pulled the product, checked me out, and helped me take all my purchases out to my truck and loaded me up. Even helped with the twine in tying down the 16' quater round to my truck. GREAT JOB THOMAS!

Have been buying items there since store opened 16 yrs ago.

The gentleman at the door greeting people was very friendly, The was a female employee that was helpful.

I apparently started a new job today at HD, I am now a part time cashier

I have had good service in most departments usually very help full.

We love Home Depot. We have visited stores throughout the country and this ranks as one of the worst in customer service. We now live in Loveland Colorado and this store contunally disappoints us with the rudeness of the employees and the lack of service. It is obvious the managemnet team cares little about customer serice. My wife and I have owned stock for over 20 years and this store does not earn our confidence.

Employees have been there for awhile and they know the store merchandise and are very pleasant and helpful.

My husband & I have had a number of excellent experiences at Home Depot--replacing our water heater, replacing a toilet come quickly to mind. We were helped by employees with extensive knowledge of how to carry out these projects & could communicate with patience, kindness, thoroughness. For both of these home improvement jobs, we left the store with all we needed & a lot of good advise from years of experience. If we still had questions, we felt free to go back for clarification & got it. Today on the "new toilet" run, we had excellent customer service all the way from the initial search through collecting all we needed to properly do the job to checkout & loading assistance. Well done!!
