Was told that if the tool box I was buying didn’t fit I could put it on will call. Upon trying to get it to fit one of the loaders went to move it on the ground and the other loader hadn’t grab the tool box. It’s possibly scratched. Won’t know until I pick it up tomorrow on 12/1/23. After we noticed it wouldn’t fit I took it to customer service to where I was told it would have to be refunded and then recharged to my credit card to be put on will call. They finally did another route. When I left the store at 9pm I checked my car and notice that the door jam in scratched (paint completely gone) where two of you loader wouldn’t pick up there end high enough trying to load the tool box in my car. I held my end easier than two of them together. FYI my car is a 2024 Toyota Camry with only 4000 miles and a special paint code. I want my car fixed. Other than that the store employee would got the tool box down from the top shelf and the cashier who check me out before all of this where great.

I purchased a Ryobi 40 volt 15 inch string trimmer about a month ago , first electric trimmer really surprised me. Plenty of power good battery life and recharges fast. Employees were helpful explaining the features. After using on my 2500 feet of fence row I was extremely impressed. Now I'm looking forward to purchasing my first 80 volt lawn tractor.

I bought a Kitchen Appliance set last week and was helped by the best specialist I've encountered in a while in Mr. Louis Fitzgerald.

So much trouble getting something ordered online so I went to the store. They fixed it and got me going and were very happy to do so!

I bought a washer and dryer at Home Depot and was thrilled with the excellent customer service from Louis Fitzgerald, Appliance Specialist . He was very patient with all of my questions and answered them thoroughly. I am so excited for my washer and dryer to arrive.

We were told that after having the door measurement that installation would occur within a couple of weeks. This is generally understood as being 2 weeks. There was a delay due to someone being on vacation at Home Depot for the purchase transaction to take place, so that added a week (why isn't there coverage for vacations or a manager who can ensure continuity of service). The next business day after the purchase transaction the installation resource told us it would be 3-5 wks for install.

I mean this title in two ways: they will likely have what you need or a reasonable alternative, and if you buy too much, they will gladly accept your returned items within certain guidelines of course.

Time after time I have found this store to offer the level of service we should expect from other area retailers. They are helpful, courteous and just doing something right....afterall when ask many of the personnel about their longevity with the company, their stories are astounding. It's unusual today in retail to find folks working at the same location for 20 plus years....keep up the great work all. I'll be back!

I have always shopped at my area's Home Depot for my handyman supplies. Especially love their paint options. The employees are always helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable and check out is usually quick and easy.

Every time I shop at this store, the staff is always friendly and helpful. I never feel I am an inconvenience to them. They are usually the first to ask if there is anything they can help me with.

We ordered our dish washer was easy, it was delivered on time and in good condition, great store and people.

When entering the store, there’s always a person to greet us. There is always someone to find to direct us to the right area we need to go to.

From the time I walked in the store until I left, several hundred dollars poorer lol the whole staff was attentive and pleasent.

Buying a new washer is usually a bummer but we were pleasantly surprised with our sales person Alan made sure we made a good choice with the brand and the features of each. Home Depot needs to recognize how special an employee he is
