Staff are very helpful! I wanted an item on a pallet on the top shelf and had assistance in a very short time!

I waited at the paint department for 15 minutes before I walked the store looking for someone to help me. Groups of employees were standing around chatting and said someone would be there shortly. After another 15 minutes I went to the service desk and they paged someone to the paint department. Unacceptable.

I was searching for tile ideas for my bathroom redo. Their customer specialist was so helpful in answering all my questions, making suggestions, and I ended up with a product I love. Will post pics when finished.

I bought a freezer today. I was in and out in 15 minutes. James was very knowledgeable and helpful.

It's nice not to have to go searching everywhere for someone who works at the place you're shopping at, just for them to tell you it's not "their department." I passed so many of your employees and they all offered assistance and would go out of their way to make sure I was completely taken care of and satisfied.

I have had several occasions that the ticket price is not the same price as they are asking. Be aware of online price differences, Sale and event prices next to wrong items. Be prepared for Rude, Childlike associates with condescending behavior. And very few associates know the store or are qualified to help. If they don't run the other way to begin with when you have the slightest inclination of a question upon your face.

Associates are friendly, but they over promise on delivery. We purchased a dryer on the 19th of July, were told it would be delivered to the store on the 28th of July and they would call us within a day to set up delivery. Now on the 30th, I finally called to check the status and was told it wouldn't even be delivered to the store until the 18th of August. That's far too long to go without a dryer and I would have made my purchase somewhere else had I known it would take a month. I was told when I called that this is something that's been an issue in the past with other customers, but it doesn't seem the issue has been properly addressed. I'm considering cancelling my order and purchasing elsewhere as I can't wait another 3 weeks for a dryer.

Cashier Kerry and a associate were friendly and helpful but I hated waiting a half hour for a fork lift driver to come a retrieve a $300 mower for me on the top shelf. This store needs to hire more help. Come on Home Depot get your act together. I should of got a discount for having to wait!

The appliance specialist Chris Perry went out of his way to find us a refrigerator in stock when our refrigerator quit working. It works great!

The employees are friendly and eager to assist, offering their knowledge, to make sure your purchase is just right.

We had a great experience with Jim Shatraw. He helped us design our kitchen. He was very patient with us and really listened to what we were looking for. We will definitely be shopping more in the Massena location!!!

Not happy with the Massena Home Depot. Lost my money clip with my debit card and my Home Depot card in it. No one called to tell they had it for a week. Went in the store looking for it several times, finally one worker recognized him and said they had it up front. Why did no one call him? It would of been easy to contact him, all you had to do it punch in his name on the computer and his # would of come up. Had to cancel the cards. Very poor performance by this store.

You never have to wait long before someone is available to help you.

I am appalled at the service I received from one of the men working. I needed plywood cut down to 5inch wide pieces and 3inch wide pieces. The first lady i talked to was friendly and told me it wasn't a problem. The man she asked to help threw a fit about cutting them and at first told me he couldn't do it but would do it anyways. There was over an inch difference between top and bottom of my boards that were supposed to be 5inches wide. When i brought them to customer service they were very friendly and said they would fix it. They unfortunately had the same rude guy doing the fixing. He then proceeded to not cut them the right width again and told me there was nothing he could do and he couldn't do any better and then left in a fit of rage saying that i was wasting his product. Everyone else I dealt with was very friendly and accommodating but this one man ruined the day and trip for me.

This store is always neat and clean. It is well organized and it is never hard to find an associate to help find some odd thing that we need . Every associate we have ever encountered has known where to find what we need or gets someone in short order who does know.

Customer service is pathetic. All you hear is "Not my department ". The cashier Jessica didnt even say Hi. She only grunted. She wasnt even sure how to ring up cement blocks. While loading 8 and 10 foot boards and cement blocks and employee who was apparently on break sat there and laughed. There was no one around to help load. I feel everyone should know a little bit of each department so when questions come in a department that is not theirs they have some knowledge. It's not very nice either when employees talk down to customers like the customer is stupid.

The store lacks customer service. I a actually wrote a bad review about two of the workers there as they were extremely rude and they would no publish it. Stay away from this store
