Very helpful had a project that needed special size windows, Erin was a big help. She was patient kind and got me exactly what I needed!!!!!!!!!

Went at the beginning of spring in upstate NY ...whoever the lady was that had employees scraping up the built up trash in the ice at the front entrance was what I like to see. That woman doing her job made me want to come back even if I had to search myself unassisted.

They have a lot of people who know how to hid so you need anything ,you can't find them...Rude people who NEVER offer to help you especial if you are disabled and loading bags of pellets.. Alot of people that work there do not know the job..they just guess.

We have always had a positive experience at the Massena store. There is always someone around to answer questions. They are always polite and friendly.

Associates in kitchen and doors are always extremely knowledgeable and helpful.store is always clean.

Had a wonderful experience getting the products I needed the help I needed from the time I walked in I met Sandra she could see I needed help finding things I wasn't sure about where I would find the castors, command hooks, duck tape, she helped me find everything she showed me the castors fit on a display unit then once I found everything she guided me to the check out on my way I asked to speak with her manager her customer service was outstanding and deserved recognition Sandra Owned the Opportunity to help me find what I needed and in no time at all I was at the check experiencing a friendly smile and outstanding service from the cashier as well. They work together as a team to help you get what you need with excellence.

I always need help when I go to Home Depot, because I start a project and find I need more supplies. I ask the front desk where I would find this product and they call someone up front to take me directly to the spot. I ask a lot of questions, the employees are always knowledgeable and helpful and very friendly.

Friendly associates who help with finding item in store. They have a wide selection of flowers and products that I enjoy looking over to purchase.

The greeter direct us the gentle man at the washer. Ask what price range we wanted. Then showed washers inn our price. He made recommendations for longer life and explained the extra warrenty. Very pleasant. He also checked us and arranged delivery. Awesome

The staff were very friendly in this store, and they were exceptionally helpful in helping me located items that I could not find myself. It was a wonderfully positive experience in shopping there today, and I will certainly be a repeat customer based on today's trip to this store.

It is always an enjoyable visit when purchasing products at the Massena store. The associate at the toilet aisle was very informative providing all that I needed to determine which one to purchase. The staff was helpful in loading the heavy box into my vehicle after purchase.

Every time I go into Massena's Home Depot I'm assisted by friendly, intelligent, and polite employees. Customer service is rare but not at Home Depot.

If you schedule a pick up time for items ordered, be prepared to wait! Total waste of time, just took 40 mins to get a washer and dryer. Employees outnumbered customers 2:1. And they tried to pawn off a damaged display model when i ordered "new" items and waited 10 days for them to arrive! Shouldn't require people to set a pickup time, and then not get the items ready for them.
