I bought a water heater yesterday and I was extremely happy

This store has two flags outside it's building and neither were at half staff for General Powell. If you are going to put flags outside your building the company and store need to follow all executive orders when putting the flag at half staff

I had to cancel my order for delivery due to my time line so I had to pick it up. Employees went out of there way to make sure it was not loaded and had it ready for me when I arrived at the store.

This store always has in stock the items I go to purchase. Today it was mulch and potting soil. I had previously gone to another home and garden store in the area and their stock was bare. This one has the best products and is well stocked! The young woman at the checkout was very pleasant!

Justin made our last visit great with his excellent help in the lumber dept!

Joseph was very helpful with our return and helpful yet again when we needed help with something else. He is very attentive and sweet. Even though no one else did come to help us he told us to let him know if no one came. He definitely redeemed our trip.

Great experience in the Pro Shop.

Needed a Christmas tree for elderly parents. Christopher and Eddie helped us on a very busy December Saturday. Very respectful and helpful. Thanks guys!!

Liz and Lauren in the Home Improvement department at Home Depot are the best Associates. Both are knowledgable and interested in doing what it takes to help a customer accomplish their tasks. Lauren is especially striking because she is a young woman with "old fashioned" work habits. She helped me pick out tile for my kitchen and blinds for my whole house. She made suggestions and made sure I had all of the items needed to complete the project. She coordinated with installers and checked back with me to be sure the project was ok. She is professional and knowledgable and also knows how to put a customer at ease.

An employee went above and beyond to help check customers out.

Had to buy a whole lot of framing lumber and get it delivered to jobsite in West Virginia.. Smoothest transaction ever and perfect communication and delivery . Ordered at this Home Depot in Mechanicsville ,VA and shipped from another Home Depot. Excellent customer service from Bob at the Pro Desk. Thank You!

Stopped by this Home Depot for some plywood. It is not my normal or closest so had not been there before. Was really impressed with how helpful the employees were in helping me with my order and loading. Definitely the place to go.

I asked an employee,Female , W ,appx 50 to assist me ,she was very detailed and helpful ,i picked out a mower, trimmer, and blower at a total of $ 1,200 . Here is where the engagement went left . i was told by this F , W employee that i had to be escorted to the register for security reasons . Not that this is a reason for the insult but i am male Black 54

With customer service going down tubes, Lauren took pride in helping us find the flooring we wanted. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. She took the time to help us place an order. We had had just been approved with a new charge card. It was very difficult for us to order our items in line the night before. She was great!

Audrey in flooring is a great person to work with. She has a lot of patients and listens to you and is very helpful.

We had the most amazing experience with Lauren and Micah from flooring. We were having not much luck with the garden department and when I saw two employees by flooring I asked them for help. Lauren literally jumped up and Micah was strong and efficient with the fork lift. We couldn’t have done it without them and we couldn’t say enough about those two individually and as a team of co workers!

The associates ask did I a need assistance. They were pleasant . Lauren was amazing she ask me did I need assistance and took me over to the supplies and found a cart. She even told me she we help load it. As I proceeded to the for Nyisha ask me did I need help. I told her I could cry because of the customer service. Travis was walk along and her was so kind to load my items in the car. This location rocks . Thank you😍

I had an excellent shopping experience at HomeDepot while shopping for tile for a backsplash. Lauren, the associate who helped me was knowledgeable, caring and professional. She helped me look for just the right color and texture of what I wanted but didn’t really know what I wanted. She helped me get the tools I would need for the project but didn’t know I’d need. She actually gave a darn about helping me with my project. As I waited for her on my second visit she was looking for a shipment that hadn’t come in when it was supposed to. She had found the pallet of lumber and was pushing it where it needed to go. She spoke to her fellow employees politely. She was a pleasure to observe and work with.

The computer was not functioning properly, and would not allow the clerk to process our return. She persevered for over 90 minutes, and was finally able to process our return.

The people who work at millwork and management are very helpful. I was able to get a very good deal on Andersen windows and found savings I didn't know existed. Trevon and Nyisha were extremely helpful and I appreciate them working with me to the very last minute and even staying past their shifts to get my order done.

Today I had a great shopping experience! I asked the woman in the paint department where I might find a utility knife. She said, "Aisle 12, handheld tools." Then I found it, a Phillips screwdriver, and a heavy ruler. She also happened be at my checkout register, wishing my cashier, Mark, a Happy Father's Day (It was yesterday. ) Mark then waited patiently as I registered as a military customer. Great experience!

Visited the store twice today. Both times I needed a lumber cart and each time it took 10 to 15 minutes to find s free one. Why you ask? Because the store has 85% of the carts loaded with interest orders and thus in store customers have few carts to use. This also clogs up numerous issues with endless carts in the way of getting building materials.

Could make employee's more friendly; seems they think they doing you a honor checking you out at their own pace and not care if you buy or not.

After spending 200,000 + a year for multiple years manager and pro deck basically said my money was no longer good at there store

Home Depot is one of the best places to shop.

They answer the phones, very helpful in the flooring department, too! The workers are friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous.

This location has the best staff. Very friendly and willing to help.

The power was out in Mechanicsville ... Everyone was shivering in the house... Even the unseen but HEARD MOUSE.... I went and had to buy a space heater. Had a good variety in stock and lots of friendly staff to help,,,, Thanks. MERRY CHRISTMAS !
