I am always happy with items I purchase at Home Depot Merchant Walk. There is always a friendly face I can ask for help. Employees really know their store!

I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot because they really do have what I need, and they have excellent sales on so many things. The employees are extremely friendly and very helpful. It really is always a positive experience!

After waiting 20 minutes for help loading bags of mulch my disabled daughter had to load them for me.

Seems to be very slow in posting refunds to your credit card. They are very efficient at charging your credit card at time of purchase.

Always enjoy shopping here as I travel 16 miles to get here as the store is in a safe area with plenty of shopping nearby.

Great location. I am able to find what I need and any unique part can be easily shipped here or to my house. The staff is friendly and tries their best to assist you.

I was highly disappointed with a warranty repair experience for a Ryobi lawnmower. I dropped it off in early January and got a call two months later that it was ready for pick up. Upon getting it home, the lawnmower was still not working. After one mowing season with the lawnmower, the self-propel cuts out and shuts the lawnmower off with 1-2 mintues of use even with fully charged battery. Additionally, the blade no longer engages.

I work near by, and I've done a lot of apartment renovations, so I am in this Home Depot often. I am moving, so I needed to get some tote bins. I purchased 3 yesterday, but I needed to go back for 2 more today. Yesterday, I used self-checkout with no issue. However, today I was stopped and the employee insisted that she needed to check inside my bins before I completed my purchase to ensure that I wasn't stealing. I was embarrassed and clearly I am not a thief. I complied and allowed her to search the bins because I had nothing to hide. I checked out yesterday with no problem. I saw other shoppers check out with no problem. However, now this is policy to ensure that I won't steal? ... from Home Depot... Really... I saw no one else being stopped so their items could be searched at checkout. Please allow your employees to undergo training for unconscious biases. This is completely unacceptable.

I enjoy shopping at the merchants Walk home Depot. Whenever I come here I'm always greeted which makes me feel welcomed. Employees are always eager to assist me in locating items and a checkout. I have a home Depot which is much closer to me, but I will go out my way to go to the store.

Niviere in the lighting department is one of the best employees at a home depot.. he is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure you find what you need .he has a great personality and has helped me several times..

Someone knocked down my mail box. Broke the post and destroyed my mailbox. Home Depot had a handy man call me. They cam out the next day and put up a new mail box and post. The company that came out 1st Choice Property. Very nice repair man. Well use them again for any other Handyman job.

They always got what you need and I also received help from Reggie “big country” no one was at lumber so he helped me get drywall into my cart
