This Home Depot Store is always so clean and well stocked. All of The Employees go above and beyond to help You out. I have been shopping at this store since it opened and I am always so happy with the service that I receive. Great Job !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Recently, I was in this Home Depot to purchase items for our complete bathroom remodel. In each of the departments that I visited - plumbing, lighting, paint, hardware - I encountered employees who were friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I was able to purchase each item on my shopping list, AFTER the employee educated me beyond my Internet research and made practical suggestions. As I checked out, the cashier asked me if I needed help loading the items in my car, and then in torrential rain, loaded all $800 plus purchases, and refused a tip. There is a reason that this Home Depot is my favorite - the leadership obviously encourages employees that customers are important. Great job - Alex W, Mike, Diane, Ray, and Mr. Bidon!

Great employees that have been very helpful in my kitchen remodel. Store is clean, organized and employees there are easy to find and assist with my needs.

I consider this MY Home Depot. Any time I've run into a different location, it's just not the same. Today, Zonya in gardening helped me and was super pleasant to talk with as she completed my transaction.

Home Depot has the friendliest employees of any store I shop at. And they are very knowledgeable. I never go into Home Depot without at least one employee asking me if they can help me. They have great sales and always have the products I am looking for. Their regular prices never seem to be inflated, so their sale prices really are honest to goodness sale prices.

Do not shop this store, even if you have a gift card. If you ever have to make a return and do not have the receipt, there is a high likelihood that the individual in returns will act inconvenienced and treat you like you must have stolen a USD 1.98 item.

All employees appear ready to answer any question or get help from a co-worker.

This is just a great store with great people.

I just had an extraordinarily good experience when Customer Service refunded the price of a defective outdoor lawn product that was physically impossible to return. I showed Adam in Customer Service photos; he "got the picture" and figured out a way to credit my HD CC. I had purchased three of these 135 ft long erosion control straw rolls/mats. The product is perfect; but one arrived with mildew steaks showing after being unrolled downhill for 135ft. Have you ever received credit for a defective product without physically returning it? I just did. Extraordinary! I used the credit to buy a replacement and purchased another one.

THERE WERE ITEMS IN THE AISLES THAT HAD NO PRICING ON THEM WHICH WAS ODD. IF THEY ARE UNPRICED THAT MEANS THE MGMT. IS NOT MONITORING STORE AS THEY SHOULD.

I have a 55 year-old house. Nothing is standard size. I want to update without taking down walls. Even getting the appliances I want in the door presents a challenge. A wonderful sales associate helped me work through the problems and find the perfect solution. Thank you for your help Moises!

I would recommend David L in Lighting specifically! David, I hope you see this, and I hope you are lifted up by management when they see the survey I did! David actually helped us twice during our trip. The first time, he helped us ensure we were getting all the parts we needed to assemble our own track lighting. He was so helpful that all we had left to do was decide on fixtures. That's where it went south. Nothing I wanted was available either in store in the quantities I needed or online period. I was getting increasingly frustrated. We were walking out the door when we passed David L again. We were venting our frustrations to him (not at him, it certainly wasn't his fault!) and he took us back over to look at things one more time. With David's help, we figured out what we could get today and the HD locations where we could get the rest of the pieces we needed. He was kind, patient, empathetic, understanding, compassionate, knowledgeable, and just darn awesome. He even went to get us a cart when he saw how much we were taking to the register. Trips to Home Depot are always pleasant, but this one tops the list. Thank you again, David!!

As an older person, I am very thankful for the face mask requirement. Your employees appeared to embrace the policy and did not have the masks below their nose as I have seen in so many other places. Politically correct or not, I could care less. We have no other proven facts from reliable sources that says face mask will not help stop the spread of Covid-19.

Home Depot is my favorite TOY store! :-). This Home Depot store is a great addition to East Cobb and serves us well. We are thankful for all the friendly and helpful employees. Thank you for all you do!
