The employee in the lumber cutting department is rude and spiteful. The manager supported his cause and laughed at me when expressed how the employee acted towards me when I asked for a certain color of lumber boards because the inventory had very far different color variations. The store had so many carts with stock items being stored in the isles I had to almost fight with another customer because I saw an empty cart in an isle with no one on the isle. Manager rolled her eyes when I said something about that. Its a shame that customers have to put up with rude employees and even the managers don't know what to do.

Home Depot always have what I need. Associates are all friendly. Store inside is well organized.

This location always has greeting cashiers especially Alicia. She is always full of energy

Ask for Ms. Nakiesha or Mr. Nathan if you need help with blinds!

I went to this store today and had a great experience the manager Tip was very attentive and helped us without even asking, Ron was very knowledgeable and helpful as well, we received a greeting at the door. I will definitely continue to shop at this location.

We were interested in a farmhouse sink as well as double oven, Jackie was knowledgeable in that area and gave us her recommendation on appliances which was very helpful in our decision.

Poor customer service is you need assistance. Cannot get anyone to answer overhead page and cannot locate anyone in person. Manager on Duty Ron was no better, never apologized for my wait and did not thank me for my purchase when he checked me out.

Miss clear and the team at customer service and abroad did amazing job in finding what I was looking for and their service.

I ordered a lawn tractor on line to pick up in Morrow. They sent me notice it was ready. It was not and it took me 4.5 hours at the store to leave with a improperly assembled one.

I bought this item today and was I happy I did. Besides, the store offered me the choice to choose and thereby afforded me a greater value for my purchase.

I have been purchasing from this store for quit some time. I use to struggle with getting supplies or someone to help me. The customer service has greatly improved. Ron Hamilton, the manager, has trained his staff well. When I go into the store, the staff immediately helps with pulling my supplies. This helps greatly to minimize the down time my staff may experience while waiting on supplies. I am thoroughly impressed.

It all come down to customer service, cannot find anyone around to help; take hours to find someone to cut plywood, every time, you will not be treated respectfully!

So, on 03-15-23 at about 0945 I came across an employee named Gloria in the plumbing department. This was my 3rd time at this store in less than 24 hours. Not only did she know what I needed to do, I also presented a more complex situation to her and she knew exactly where to get the parts from. All I needed were some compression adapters to replace the faucet in my kitchen. As she was already assisting another customer, she told another employee the EXACT part number written on the bag. AMAZING
