As usual the fertilizer was wet, torn open, or not available. No sales associates around. I purchased 3 bags of mini nuggets and 1 bottle of weed killer. All rang up incorrectly. After being ignored by refund associate for 10 min. Had to go back and get pictures of store tags for SKU to get correct price. Mulch was same wet, torn open bags. Stone and bricks desired were unavailable. Everything overpriced.

If you are in the need of buying an appliance I would suggest going to this home Depot and asking for Ms. Mackilyn Cook (appliance specialist). She really knew her department. She knew the assignment of not pushing someone to try to purchase something but just guiding me and my purchase. Very great service. I would recommend going to see her. You have questions.

I am late starting my home garden but there was still a good amount of plants left for my needs. Associates were really helpful with finding items; self check out; and unloading my car into my car.

The staff took the time to grab the product for me and made my shopping experience a pleasure.

I'm a women. when I come in the store. The sales people are always so nice and helpful. Which helps the customer get in and out of the store quickly. Becase they ask how can I help they always know where the item is I'm looking for and are so knowledgeable about things in the store/

I was not able to find what I needed at my local store, but this location is consistent in stocking and having the availability of products

Big Kudos and Thank You To "Dre." It's been a long time since I could shop at a Home Depot and encounter an employee with actual "Knowledge and Know How". Dre taught me how to make a crawlspace door. He took me down every aisle to show what products I would need. He was AMAZING. I did not plan to make the purchases. BUT, Dre saved me big money on labor and my door came out spectacular!!!!!!

Vanessa is the best cashier hands down. Store staff super helpful and friendly.

Simple errand to purchase lightbulbs, and screws from my local Home Depot. Immediately entering the store greeted by sales rep. Good prices easy shopping with self checkout

Lately depending on the project I'm working on, I started to use the shark bite connection for anything that got to do with water, I call it quick connect, and it work perfectly. It's a time saver and very good product.

I do not have anything bad to say about my shopping experience. It was more of the purchase of the product that I selected. The cashier had no greeting upon my arrival at the register. The only thing I was asked was… Do you want a receipt. She did not even thank me for the transaction. Act like you appreciate your job. If it wasn’t for customers, you wouldn’t have a job.

I am always pleasantly pleased by the employees, products, service & prices when I go there. Even though there's another home improvement store closer to me I'd rather take the drive there.

I visited another Home Depot store prior to visiting this location. The service at this location was exceptional. Everyone was helpful and polite. I visited this location twice in the same day although the other location is closer to my home,

Stacy assisted me with loading my boxes onto my cart. Mikaela was excellent at the register. Chris was at the register to ask if I needed assistance with loading the boxes into my truck and he and Jaylen got the job done.

Store is clean, easy to find something, The service is good and easy for returning I will be back.

Roosevelt in the garden section was very helpful and informative in my decision making process, and Annie at checkout was very kind and polite. Both have great customer service skills.
