I went to the local Home Depot and was greeted by Laura. She was very friendly and helped me purchase a fire pit to be shipped to my home. Thank you for making the process so easy.

An item I attempted to buy scanned up a wrong description and price. After dealing with a store rep, who was not competent, I asked for the manager. I walked back to the bins with the manager, showed him both products, both tag description and both bar codes on the shelf and racks. The manager still said what was in your system was right. HE THREATEN TO THROW ME OUT OF THE STORE!! It is Saturday, at 2:30. I think his name was Bill. The item is a Rear Trigger Turrent Nozzel 6.98, The other often was an 8 position Easy Pull Nozzle for 12.98. That manager should not be in that position. It is very obvious and simple, The wrong info was put into that data base. When scanned, the other item and price point pulled up. The description on the item that pulled up was not the same as the item I was buying. The manager tried to argue the point, thought I walked with him to the bins, showed him the two different items and the different descriptions with the corresponding price points on the tags on the bins/ shelving! The tags on the items each has the correct descriptions. Once again the manager threatened to throw me out of the store multiple times and asked if I wanted the item or not!

Would comeback experience was great

Was waiting in a line with several other customers. Another customer cut the line. Customer in line commented that there was, in fact, a line. Customer that cut AND employee helping her (Lauren) told the line of customers that were waiting that they could go to a different line. Customer pointed out that the woman who cut could also go to a different line. Woman who cut AND Lauren then ignored line of customers that were waiting and asking about the woman who cut. After woman checks out with huge grin on her face, customer asks Lauren why the woman was allowed to cut. Lauren repeats that line of customers could've gone to a different line because "it's like a grocery store - people get in line where they want". Customer asks again why Lauren helped somebody who clearly cut in front of a long line of customers who had been waiting. Employee in next register (Gisselle) repeats Lauren's answer that customers could've switched lines if they didn't like it. Customer asks to have it explained why Lauren helped someone who she knew cut the line. Giselle rolls her eyes and says if customers don't like it, they can go somewhere else instead of complaining. Customer says that doesn't make sense, please explain. Lauren and Gisselle ignore customers who want to talk about it until they leave.

Worst customer service ever. Teresa the cashier stayed 7 years too long.

It was extremely easy to find someone to help me and they did it with entusiasm. The entire staff I came in contact with were very friendly and professional. I will drive out my way to shop at this Home Depot.

Jennifer at the Home Depot store in Murrieta was so knowledgeable about her countertop products and helped us make great decisions for our remodel. She was very pleasant and professional as well.

I would highly recommend Jessica in the Home Depot flooring department. She will go above and beyond to help you. She helped me from start to finish, answered all my questions and made my floor buying so easy. She is so friendly and hard working!!

Was extremely surprised by such outstanding customer service and the friendliness of the associates

I needed a baby gate for the top of my stairs due to an out of state visit from 3 of my grandchildren on the following day. The item was out of stock in the Murrieta CA store. The store night manager Jim took it upon himself to find the item at a nearby store. Jim coordinated with the Temecula store night manager Joey to pick the unit from sales floor and hold it for me for pickup that same evening. This action really saved the day for me!
