This location of The Home Depot is by far the friendliest, tidiest and better stocked in the area. After going to different locations, we were able to find everything we need - at once - here. Catherine was amazing helping my family find the best product and price for our project. And even went above and beyond entertaining our toddler while he was having a little terrible twos’ moment.

February 2023. I shopped from 7 Home Depots. Murrieta California had more caring, competent employees than any other store. They suggested alternative products, saved me money, resolved problems the other stores created, and did it with great attitudes too!

Had wonderful assistance from Catherine and Mercedes in my purchase of a riding mower and in my returns of plumbing Pipe These two staff have always been very cheerful and helpful!

I used to buy alot at this store, its really hard to find someone if you need help. Cashiers are awsome tho!!!!!

The pro desk at this Home Depot is great. The employees Liliana, Yori, and Christina are all very helpful and friendly. Al who used to be the supervisor of pro is helpful and always friendly. I would definitely recommend this Home Depot.

We rarely do in store trips due to sensory difficulties and special support needs but this store was especially accommodating and loving. We called ahead to notify them of the support need before having to come in and Marisa told us where to park, said ask for her, and she was able to help us with her amazing store team from the manager, to the gardening team (Kim and Mauricio), and the loading team. We have made multiple trips now that my son looks forward to and wants to see them. This has become a wonderful social experience that he now looks forward to and we will integrate into our weekly programming. Thank you so much Home Depot for understanding and support our special needs.

After some waiting for assistance buying a refrigerator Christina showed up, from another department mind you, and took extreme patience with my wife and I selecting what refrigerator to buy. She went above and beyond in a busy store while we went back and forth and back and forth to finally reach a decision. Her knowledge and insight was ultimately what allowed us to make our final decision. Associates like this will keep my family returning to Home Depot for all our household needs.

Mauricio and his female coworker went above and beyond by helping me load cement pavers as I’m 7 months pregnant. This wasn’t their role but didn’t want to have me wait since the other loaders were extremely backed up.

Mr. Todd Walsh provided us with a great customer service that we were hoping for. He was for sure I will look for assistance in my next visit.

Long story short I couldn’t get a rebate coupon to work and I was getting panicky because of my anxiety. Bethany was able to help me after multiple attempts. She thought outside the box and suggested I change my phone background to white (I keep mine on dark for my eyes) and it finally worked! She helped me save $75! Made my day.

Jess and Jake went above and beyond to help us find the exact shelf that we needed. It was not placed on the isle it should’ve been on, so they went out of their way to check different isles with a ladder to find the item we were looking for. Truly appreciate their help!

I have been searching for an item online for several months, but to no avail. Calling another (local) location, I was told to 'get in line at 6am on 9/1' if I wanted a chance for the item. Unfortunately, that was never an option for me. My husband, knowing how much I wanted this specific item, did his best to order it thru the Murrieta location with the assistance off the Manager, Marcos, but had made a mistake in the actual item. By chance, I went into the Murrieta location and there was one of this item on the floor, but was told it was 'display only and cannot be sold'. Thank you Asst. Manager Elena for making this happen!. She let us know that it was available and out the door I went!!! And a thanks to Mike for helping with the cart (I have a slight disability with walking and he made the experience that must easier). All 3 individuals made it a full team effort.

As a General Contractor, I shop many box stores. Every once in a while an employee stands out. At the Murrieta, CA. Store, one such “Associate” it Wendy the Cashier (in returns) She is not only does her job for HD, but adds a little joy to everyone’s life.

Danette was so friendly, helpful and professional! She went above and beyond to help me locate what I was looking for...she's a true asset to the Murrieta Home Depot!

We had to buy a lot of supplies on this trip and we did have a couple of questions for employees. They were extremely helpful when we found them to ask for help. (Often at our regular Oceanside store we don’t have to ask for help, they just appear and ask us if we need help.) The cashier Catherine was extremely helpful, patient and answered questions as we were checking out. I would definitely come to this store again.

Catherine was by far the best customer service experience I have ever received shopping at any Home Depot’s. She went over and beyond and absolutely made my day. Good customer service is so hard to find now a days and she rocked it, I only wish I could give her 10 stars because she deserves way more then 5. You ROCK Catherine!!
