The employees at this store are at more knowledgable and helpful than any other of the stores this store has more riding carts than any other store and they always work. The employees always go above and beyond to help you and answer questions

This is my local "go to" location for plants and all other types of services. Be it carpet or other floorcoverings, basic hardware, grilling, and gardening... They've got what I want...

The only store I go to for products. Workers are great and know about what and where to find anything. Store is always clean and organized.

Thornton Home Depot - Lots of product, great selection of Traeger grills and supplies! I find I can usually run in and pick up what I'm looking for quickly and check out quickly. Close to home so it's nice to make a quick trip and back!

Every employee seemed to be very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and where they were located. Ron in the plumbing department stands above the rest. I watched him help two other customers before he could get to me. He always had a smile on his face and he didn't talk down to the customers even when they asked the same question a second time. If I wasn't semi-retired and trying to close down my construction business I would have tried to steal Ron away from your store.

Never can find help. They are always to busy doing ohter things. Good luck findng help in plumbing or in hardware. What happent to walking customer to the item they are looking for. I always get the point, it is over their. Go to Ace.

Go to a different store. Chances are what you came for will be out of stock at this store.

If you are need of assistance and not sure what it’s called or where to find it, come to this store because the staff here knows their stuff! We were looking for a door sweep which, before we came to the Home Depot, we had no clue of its name. The staff right away knew what we were describing and took us right to the section and described the different models for its various uses. Very helpful and all the employees were smiling and nice. It definitely is nice to shop in a store where you feel welcomed instead of a burden. We will be back again to shop this store. Thank you again for looking out for your customers.

this store is the best, it is always clean employees are always friendly, I know most of them, I buy a lot of materials there. I always say high to Sara, Annette, Yvette, Ron, if they do not have an item I need , they look for it at another store or help me order it on line

Every time I am in this store at least one person asks me if I need assistance. Sometimes I do, sometimes not and just being asked is a good thing. I don't believe I have ever left without what I wanted/needed.

Aja in customer service, was extremely rude and condescending during our encounter. Aja has no skill to deal with the general public.

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot because the workers are always willing to help me find what I am looking for. The store is always well stocked. I always take advantage of the Black Friday poinsettia plants to purchase them for my church, the Erie United Methodist Church. Thank you for being an asset to the community. I always enjoy shopping at this Home Depot store. The employees are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The stock they carry is excellent and if they don't have something I need, they always try to find it at another Home Depot store.

Your people are the best. I didn’t even have to ask for help when one of your young men saw me struggling with trying to lift a 5 gal bucket of paint bucket out of my car. He came over to ask me if I needed help. I said yes I was bringing it inside to have it shaken and would be bringing it back to the car. He said I’ll watch for you when you come back out and help you lift it, and he did! Such nice people at this store!
