Mary Kay was very nice and helpful!

I bought 5 gallons of paint and the the associate working was so helpful telling us the difference in the paint coverage and mix each one in a different color.

I went in to buy kitchen appliances. I expected it to be very confusing. I expected to have trouble making a decision. Home Depot made it easy, answered all my questions and even save me a little money. Thank you.

I went in to Home Depot looking for clips for shelves but they were discontinued. But a manager named Mark spent the time to help me figure out what else to do. He even cut the shelves and wood for me. Great experience having people that go beyond what you could even hope would happen. Thank you Mark

I was shopping for a shelving unit, and found it at Home Depot for a better price than I had seen elsewhere. The employees were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. Without being asked it was loaded in my cart and later my vehicle. Definitely a great shopping experience.

bought week ago, to line tube so I can give mt lab ( DOG ) a bath at home and not scratch up tube

She was great, and I was thankful for her efforts, friendliness and time today. I usually have a negative interaction when I shop at Home Depot, it’s not just this store. But she was a breath of fresh air that I needed coming in today. When I originally came in to purchase my item, I had a price match. I’m usually reluctant in price matching because it seems like a hassle to do so. And chasity definitely didn’t make me feel any more comfortable. In fact she wasn’t the most pleasant and friendly during the interaction.

This particular Home Depot is the best one I've ever gone to- The employees are top notch and will always see that any issues will be resolved. Great People, Great store!

the store needs to keep their disinfectants suppled at front of stores so customs can clean carts due to the spreading of the Delta variant in Lucas County.

Most of their products are a little bit less costly than the big blue store across the street but parking stinks and the big green store down there the other direction has a much better selection of lumber and doors.

Store staff including store managers are very pleasant and helpful. I will not go to any other Home Depots in our area. I had an employee in flooring go above and beyond and it really made my day!!

Always have what i need

Matt in lumber is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, both in guidance on appropriate wood selection & assisting with several well-measured cuts, recently turning our rather difficult project into a ready to assemble kit!

I recommend this store. Products were easy to find. Employees need to have more knowledge of the product in order to get good assistanc. Stores are usually very clean and some but not all associates were friendly. Overall rating from 5 to 10 I give a 5.

I shop at this store frequently, as it is about .25 miles from my home. I have always received attentive and courteous service as well as knowledgeable advice on the products.

Great customer service

Anne in paint made this trip so worth it. I mean the cashier or lady who stands there while you check yourself out, didn't even acknowledge me at all even when I paid for my merchandise. But it didn't matter, Anne in paint made me feel like a valued customer. Also the young lady who greeted me at the door. Didn't know her name but she wore a choker on her neck. Thanks ladies.

I found everything I needed the store it was easy to find everything you need and the store was very needing clean and it was plenty of people to help you find things and the prices was very reasonable yes I will be back very soon .

The website allowed me to find everything in the aisle and bay quickly, which can’t be said for all stores. My cashier Arvana, was insightful and helpful.
