Products were easy to find and plenty of products on shelves. Custonmer service was excellent and very friendly

The associate, Chelsea, at the self check out desk was extremely patient and helpful with my check out process. The item was easy to locate after asking your associate for assistance. Applying for a store credit card was so very easy. I look forward to using it for my home improvement purchases.

I shop at this store frequently as a casual shopper that is not terribly mechanically sophisticated. The employees are always courteous and helpful. No question is too dumb.

The store was neat and clean enough but no experienced employees around. I found what I needed then went to the bathroom remodeling section with questions about vanity tops that were available but not one person to be found. Went to self check-out and left.

Dave from the lumber department was awesome super friendly and helpful. The cashier Alesia was rude and told us to move instead of walk around. She tore open boxes of the merchandise we bought.

The store was clean and the employees was nice and very helpful and had the items I was looking for.

Store was not adequately staffed. I arrived at approximately 7:30 am to purchase garden mulch. Although the weekday store hours stated open a 6:00 am, the Outdoor Garden Center was not staffed. I made my purchase inside at the service desk, then returned to the outdoor garden area to take delivery of my purchase. I had to wait about 20 minutes in total before an employee met me and retrieved the mulch bags from the back storage area. If the outdoor garden center is not going to be staffed until 8:00 am, signage and information posted on-line should clearly state that.

Cory was really a great sales person. Son just moved to Ohio and needed all this stuff I'm sure he will be using the store a lot in the near future as he need's out side equipment also.

After going to a competitor with no help from the associate in electrical, I went to the Home Depot across the street . The associate in electrical was very helpful and solved my issue.
