This purchase became stressful when I spent over 50 mins with a coupon for clearance appliance . Mind you 3 very nice ladies tried to assist but it was on selected items . Also the fact pay or not they don’t deliver floor items . Home Depo everyone is not a contractor, I want someone to deliver it . I thought the MOD Drew was rough and loud and his exchange came off rude as a consumer . I will return this item tomorrow. I lost confidence with my purchase tooo stressful.

Home Depot Has Everything a Homeowner needs at reasonable prices

Brenda went above and beyond to make my first visit to this location a pleasant one. I never new it existed, but I've been back a few times since.

I went to buy plants and was not sure if a “big box” store would healthy plants or enough stock. Not only were the plants healthy and there was plenty of stock, they had a knowledgeable employee who was able to help me with some questions I had about the different varieties of a bush. I’ll be back!

When you order multiple locks through HD, there is no option to "key alike". Good luck in finding a HD store that actually has someone trained to rekey them for you. And if you do find someone, even though you bought them through HD, they still charge you to rekey them. And after they rekey them, all of the spare keys are useless, to then they charge you to make new keys. Zero stars for the rekey experience, 4 stars for the staff being courteous.

Never a problem if I need help,and the stock is plentiful.

I frequent the Home Depot Store #4653 located in Ashland, Virginia, and it's always a super experience. I'm usually greeted by friendly sales staff no matter when I stop in. Whenever there's a question someone is always ready with an answer and a helping hand if I need one. It's no different when I'm checking out. The cashiers are always on top of their game and so cheerful. This place almost makes spending your hard-earned money seem fun. I wish more stores were run this efficiently and with this kind of pride and dedication.

The mouse smell is awful inside and out the bird seed and grass seed are unsellable. The cashier was commenting on how the mice are eating the candy on the end caps they are selling to customers

This Home Depot is my go-to hardware store. They have everything I need, but the plus is the very helpful and very friendly employees. The prices are pretty good too.

Do not buy sod from Home Depot. I purchased some and it was all dead. A total waste of money. Why would they do that? Why?

I have purchased several items recently to aid in my business(servicing outdoor power equipment). They have exceeded my expectations as far as availability, and costs. Their mower parts and maintenance supplies have grown so much. the "tune up kits"they sell for Honda and Briggs mowers make servicing my units very efficient .

Left side of the store randomly blocked off with no apparent reason nor signage, some aisles at one end, some at the other, no sign of activity needing safety isolation. Twice staff pulled gates back closed after I opened them and walked though, without challenging me nor offering explanation of the blockages. Left with one of many items needed.
