I purchased $3700 of wood fencing from Home Depot! The entire experience was outstanding from the product, salespersons, and the delivery! All went smoothly and promptly! Love my new fencing which is already installed!

I love to purchase a lot in this store and the one in stamford Every year I purchase a lot of flowers and plants and I never had any problem. Excellent quality.

Just want to say it was a pleasure to visit the paint department at the Norwalk Store. Sandy was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product I was inquiring about. She was very pleasant.

The store on Conn Ave in Norwalk used to be decent. Staff used to greet customers, offer to help and seemed happy to work there. I would tolerate the horrible parking set up because the staff used to be professional & helpful. Today I was reminded about why I do not shop at this store regularly anymore. Two customers helped me today - one helped me load a large, heavy box on a flatbed cart and another helped me load it to my car. There were 3 employees in the aisle I was shopping helping one customer. I am 5'3" and wrestled a lawnmower box out of the shelf and another customer helped me load it to the flatbed. That is when an employee offered to walk it to the register for me. Wow, Thanks. Another customer helped me load it in my car.

Home Depot delivered a damaged oven and then made me pay for a new oven before receiving my reimbursement for the damaged oven.

Checking my items at the pro desk l received great service for an associate that knew her stuff

I returned three items to the store. Immediately after I bought an item. The charge shows up on my cc immediately. The credit is still yet to hit 3 days later. Is HD earning float now?

The cashier was friendly and apart from one worker, the rest of them made it seem like I was given them a chore, even though it’s their job

For the best customer experience, I like to shop at this HD early in the day. It is well staffed with store associates who are willing to go the extra mile to answer your questions and show you where the items are located if you can't find them.

The store is clean and large. The only issues I had was trying to make a copy of a key in which they couldn’t do one of the keys for me.

No problems with the Items purchased...

Went in to buy a new clothes dryer - good selection, well laid out for easy comparison, good prices and very helpful (but not pushy) staff.

Over all it's a great store. Just sometimes it mess in the isles during the day.

Kumud loves gossip hour, be prepared for a wait. Also, if you kindly ask her to check your things out for purchase (she will refuse). Not very interested in doing her job (for which she gets paid. Alsk, if you have a military discount beware of an Indian looking woman, she will snatch your phone from your hands and interrogate you about the war you served for. PTSD is not a real thing for her and the various identification factors in the app are not enough proof for this disgusting woman!

We just moved to town about 2 months ago and realized that we needed supplies for the new home. Of course, we found what we needed and then bought plants, some tools and such. Plants are flourishing, tools are being used and the extras come in handy.

I needed help buying a portable Husky mobile workbench and Mike the manager was a huge help. He first checked inventory and then went and got it from the top of a shelf in the back and brought it to my car where he help me load it. An associate also help me and cashier Barb.

Parking Lot employee ALIJAH was extremely helpful getting my 40 bags of mulch into my car. He then assisted in my second trip back to the store later that afternoon. I thank him very much

I have shopped at HD in San Francisco, Sacramento, Roseville, CA, Minneapolis and Grass Valley, CA and the Norwalk store has the best help.

I can't say enough good things about Jose who helped me so much while shopping for a lawnmower. As a woman I wasn't quite sure which I should purchase. He explained everything to me and helped me choose the correct lawnmower for my needs. It was a pleasure working with him!

i went to check out a new toilet and smita helped me pull my cart to her station and was very friendly and helpful. she saved me $25 on my purchase and got me a new HD card too! look for her for a memorable store experience!

Great service helping us find low inventory hardwood floor

Long work Tuesday during the holiday season, patience was lacking. Regina from hardware found me lost in the wrong bin section and solved my problems finding a jigsaw blade. She went above and beyond this evening and I can’t thank her enough.

Always a pleasant shopping experience.

Employees were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. My issue was difficult due to my lack of necessary information. It was handled and resolved with patience.
