The associate, Wil, at the windows desk was friendly, helpful, and efficient. He was knowledgeable about the brand I wanted to purchase and the available options. He answered my questions and made my order easy and quick. His sense of humor was a plus !

i WAS LUCKY TO HAVE ANTONIO AMBROSIO TAKE CARE OF MY GETTING A NEW SCREEN DOOR. HIS KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCT MAKES HIM VERY EFFICIENT. HE IS A DEFINITE PLUS FOR HOME DEPOT.

Knowledgeable help at this store. It could use a better entrance for lumber/sheetrock ...etc. Maybe the a new rear entrance such as Fairfield, CT Home Depot? Otherwise this store is usually stocked very well.

I like more them Lowe’s because I now the all locations products and same time get good discount too.

I would like to let manager James Elkins know how helpful cashier Smita was today. She helped me apply for a new personal credit card and receive a $25 refund on my purchases today. Also, she helped me take care of my commercial card that was not working because it was worn out. Smita helped me apply for a new commercial card on line right there in the store. She was very professional, polite and patient with me through the entire process. Smita was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgable about applying for the cards and the process. Thank you Smita!

The store is usually clean and neat. Items I am looking for are in stock. A special shout out to Rich in the paint department. He did a great job helping me find the right kind of paint for my project. Took the time to ask and answer questions to ensure I received the correct paint. All this while ensuring others around us knew he would be with the shortly. Nice job multitasking.

For once I can say something good about this store and for that matter all stores out there who have no help no cashiers expect you to do it all yourself and whats left of the ones there are rude. But Glad to say I reluctantly went to home depot on CT ave and it was good. All employees were helpful especially Jean. Smita the cashier was eager to work and please and was so friendly! She is always great whenI go there. Not enough cashiers open but thats the norm everywhere now.

The lack of customer service is unreal. No one would make eye contact, no one knew what department handles certain things and there is low or no quantities of product on the shelves. This store is so convenient to my home but after many trips to this store with the same lack of service, it’s not my “go-to” any longer. I’m not sure what has happened in the last year but it’s a shame because I never had problems like this previously.

We’ve all been to those stores where no one knows what the heck they are doing. However not the case in the Norwalk store. It was amazing, huge, friendly, and plenty of staff. Julia helped me out!!!!

let's face it -the store is huge-alot of walking so when an employee assists you with what you need and takes you where you need to go -that is a score in my book thank you alwin

I was impressed with the assistance I received on a Saturday around 8:45pm when I went in to get a key made. After a couple of pages for assistance, I was still waiting for someone to come to the key station. An employee on his lunch break saw me and took the time to make the key for me. I was impressed with his work ethic and courteousness.

Whenever I need an item that is not carried by Home Depot, there is always someone there who is glad to assist in looking for something that is similar or which is a good substitute. I have found everyone at this particular store to be helpful, never rushing me or leaving me to search on my own. I get really good service for someone who does not do construction or have a job that requires building materials. I usually need guidance which I get.

Some employees need customer relations update. If one store does not have the item check to see if other sister stores have the item. Employees need to realize the customer is first not his/her own selfish need. Thank you at the register is a welcoming experience to buyers. The store was clean. The associates not helpful or friendly. Getting assistance was not timely and at other times nonproductive.

The store is well-stocked and is fairly intuitive to navigate. Aisles are better marked than in the past. It's still hard to find help at peak times, so/ I try to go at off-peak hours. The only competition (no need to name!) is too far for me to travel, so it's HD or nothing! The parking is a bit of a challenge, but I've learned to park as far from the entrance as possible. I don't mind walking!!
