This is my go to store. It's clean and the staff is friendly. They have new scanners and Nazlah was very willing to help me with the new technology at the scanner.

Pro Desk associate and Team Leader were rude and not helpful at all!

This store is clean, friendly, and there is always someone close by to assist you. The other stores are closer but I go to Home Depot. The service is great!

Deshawn in Lawn and Garden was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. All the employees asked if we needed help, we didn't have to struggle to find assistance. But Deshawn went above and beyond!

Return department is exceptional, especially Leslie. Fast and friendly!!

Our Home Depot is always Helpful & Friendly. We shop the store year round. In the Spring we shop the Garden Center - my wife maintains a lovely Flower Garden. In the Summer - we shop the store for BBQ Grill items, Lawn products, and Garden supplies. In the Fall - we go inside to do some touch-up painting around the house. In the Winter, we love to shop the Christmas aisles to find New Holiday items to decorate the house and found some gifts for our family and friends. The last 5 years we have started some Updates around the Condo. In 2017 Home Depot installed our upstairs Carpets, and now Home Depot is replacing our House Air Conditioner and House Furnace. Go Home Depot!

Leslie in Customer Service is an absolute gem and makes customers feel like family. She's thorough, quick, and helpful! If you need to buy paint, go see Mitch in the Paint department - he's a color genius and will get you the perfect match EVERY time. Seriously, he's a genius. David in Plumbing has so many great ideas for how to tackle projects. And Julie in Electrical will go out of her way to get you answers about products and ensure you're confident in your purchase. We loved her cheerful attitude! We love Friday date nights at this Home Depot because the employees make it feel like you're just hanging out with a bunch of super handy friends! Definitely shop here!

Went to the Novi HD to just get a grill. The staff were very helpful in getting me info on the grill and answering my questions. I didn't even have to wait for a (grill expert). The other staff I encountered helped me and other staff staff helped to get a military discount for me. I just have so many options regarding home improvement but would recommend this store to anyone who is in the Novi area.

Poor customer service. I could not get my grill form the upper rack to buy it..... went to another local hardware store. In and out in 10 minutes with my grill.

Great manager named Erica, who turned a bad situation into a good situation.
