a great get er done store ,well stocked with most everything we need for the home and property with an efficient staff to hurry you on your way, One of my favorite stores.

Zero customer service in this store.

Our Home Depot is a classic Home Depot, it's always clean, well stocked And the employees are always ready to assist you, whether it's that employee or if they need to get a person more familiar with your request.

I ordered some items online for pick-up. When I got to the pick-up cashier (the name on my receipt was Melissa), she noticed that the item I ordered was different than the one I ordered online for pick-up. She and another team member (a man whose name I unfortunately don't know) found a replacement item quickly. They were helpful, friendly, and efficient. Really wonderful customer service. Thank you!

I have never met a rude employee here. They always go above and beyond for my company. Our favorite cashier is Connie.

I make lots of curbside orders, sometimes multiple in a day. The employees are always nice about it considering sometimes I check in on the app for one order and will have 2 and they’ll come out a second time (I’ve gotten better about this though!). They make the trip easy and I don’t have to get my baby out multiple times. Plus, the dum dum suckers with each order are a nice touch!

I shop here because the people are great and you find what you need to do the job!!!!

So far everything that we bought was to our liking and when it was not we had no problem and the store always found a solution.

Now expected to gaze at potential purchases in cages or on locked shelves. Then when you do want something, expected to stand around while an associate retrieves it and takes it to the checkout where you must check it out under the associate's gaze. Leave for a second and it's locked up again. I'm not a criminal. and won't be treated like one.

They helped me find a product that was great for my family and their use. Also helped me stay within budget and get what I needed fast. Also, my delivery will be less than a week, so awesome installation team. Highly recommend them to install and get the job done right!!!

My visit this morning was so smooth. I was helped by both Eric Baum and Connie. In an out quickly due to their extra helping hand and "good morning" smile and attitude.

Off the beaten path for us Anacortes residence, your store always provides the merchandise and Customer Service we have grown to expect!

I was in the store struggling to lift some gravel. An employee came over, unsolicited, to help. Loaded my gravel into my flatbed. When I mentioned I needed more, he made a call to another employee who came out with a pallet on a forklift. He stayed with me while I was waiting. He then pushed my cart to the back of the store where the two of them loaded up my flatbed for me, then pushed it to the front of the store and rang me up. Then told me to bring my car around. He and another employee loaded my car for me. It felt like concierge service. I felt like I was in a Home Depot commercial.

Was looking for a way to keep toddlers room cool during summer without the a/c. Was shown multiple options at every price point. Staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

The aisles were blocked with pallets of stuff everywhere. I couldn't get my cart through and had to go down four aisles to get out. This is a major safety hazard! Also, while I was in plumbing (where nobody offered to help me) an older male associate came into the aisle cursing up a storm...real potty mouth. Not real impressed with his professionalism and I hope he doesn't do that when children are around. The only employee that impressed me was the cashier, who was very friendly.

We just got a new refrigerator and had such a good experience. Our Appliance Special John helped us. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Store is well maintained and great selection of plants and home items.

Jimmie and Jim in the appliance department saved the day today when we discovered our freezer (full of a beef and a half) had passed on to freezer heaven. I went in panicked, and they worked together to sell us the floor model at a discount to assist with the emergency expense. I cannot thank both of them enough for all their assistance today!!!

My shopping experience today was a very pleasant one. An outstanding employee in the name of Trey did a superb job in assisting me with all my questions regarding certain products that I ended up buying mainly because of his very informative inputs. He was very polite in addressing my inquiry and he went above and beyond in providing me the best customer service possible. He even escorted me all the way to the check out counter, making sure that I have been taking care of. Kudos to him, thank you! Great work staff! Keep it up!

When my local Home Depot did not have an item in stock, they referred me to the Oak Harbor store. The Customer Service representative in Oak Harbor went above and beyond basic customer service and provided exemplary service to complete a phone order for me and assure that all of my needs were met in relation to this product.

Military Discount Program Software on HD App and store registers is not working.

I was assisted by a lady named Becky in the paint department and she helped me pick the best paint machine and then the perfect color and even set it up in the store so if I need more they can look up my color instead of having me remember it! Becky is great!
