A neighborhood Gem: Great, friendly store with very helpful sales associates who go out of their way to assist you with even the smallest project. Highly recommend this neighborhood Home Depot.

Always have found the item I am looking for at this location. They stock their store regularly & are consistent. And they go out of their way to help customers! They are very helpful at this home depot store in Oak Harbour.

Often times I find big box stores to be less than helpful, but the Oak Harbor Home Depot is an exception. The staff is helpful and courteous, and generally either know what they’re talking about or find someone who does.

Great personal service from Noah, who greeted me at the door and took me to three different departments to find the three random things I was looking for. In and out, thanks to him. I would have been there an hour searching, by myself. You guys are really getting good at what you do. Thanks.

Shelf near paint center was empty of 1 gal 30 sec outdoor cleaner jugs. Went to paint center and aked if 1 gal jugs were available anywhere in store. Paint rep took me back to empty shelf and said if we have them they would be here. Said thank you and walked with 2.5 gal jug to display near customer service counter where 1 gal jugs were available. When customer asks if product is available in store, they should get an accurate answer. Chelsea was the cashier in the garden center. She has excelent people skills and chemistry. The world needs more of that.

Errol, a manager, was a great help in verifying availability of a hot water tank so I did not drive from Clinton, a 2 hour round trip, to make a purchase late Saturday night before closing.

Garden Department is great! Very helpful. Customer service is always great. Have not had a bad experience. Sometimes things around the store are out of stock, but that understandably comes with the territory of being in a small town on an island.

I love our Oak Harbor Home Depot. The store is always very clean. The employees are friendly and always helpful if you need assistance. They have even helped me get heavy things into my car several times. I find what I need there each time I go. I highly recommend shopping with them.

Great Help at Oak Harbor, WA location. My last visit into three different departments during the 1600-1700 'rush hour' I found more help of knowledgeable employees in the electrical (Thomas), paint (Sarah), checkout (Sheryl), and loading (Dan). Plus, they seemed to have great moral. Cheerful people with work ethics that at times can be difficult to locate. Thanks management for instilling a place where your employees really like their job(s).

Hard to find someone to help in this store and when you finally do, they act put out and mad that they have to help you!

Horrible customer service ever since manager Will Turner left. No one ever asks if we need assistance anymore, we have to search them out. And when you do finally get someone, they give you attitude as if you're inconveniencing them.Very dissatisfied with what this store has become.

Very disappointed in the lack of knowledge when it comes to ordering doors. Spent a lot of money on these items and they weren’t correct.

I very much appreciated the assistance i received today. I am recently disabled and I'm struggling to walk and needed to go to Home Depot. I had been putting it off because I was afraid and embarrassed to ask customer service to find a store scooter and bring it out to my car as its too far of a walk for me even with a cane I am just not able these days. I called customer service when i arrived and one of the cs reps drove it all the way to my car drivers door for me which I felt was a huge kindness! People like the guy that helped me today makes it easier to accept being disabled so many people just don't care or want to be bothered. So a big thank you to the staff at the Oak Harbor Washington Home Depot!!!

I find this store top quality. Manager was exceptional last year, 2020, clerks are friendly, helpful, and it has good things I often need.

Great community store. Has just about anything and everything for the homeowner. My 1st place to shop and usually the last as they have the items I need. Great assistance when needed by always courteous, helpful employees.

Friendly helpful staff. Nice clean store. I drive about an hour to get there, it’s well worth it!! Their website tells me if they’ve got what I’m looking for in stock before I make the trip. I make a day out of it. Great store!!

When product wasn’t in stock I was sold product in inventory at another store. I had to drive four hours round trip. When I arrived I was informed my order was cancelled the day prior with no other explanation.

The Oak Harbor WA Home Depot is a great store. It is conveniently located, great parking and well-stocked. The store was clean and neat and well-lit. We went to buy parts for a faucet repair and were directed to the right section, then helped by a nice associate to find the part. No difficulty in finding someone to help. The cashier, Connie, was friendly, efficient and upbeat. That is so important during this troubled time. We walked out of the store with smiles on our faces.

Everyday products are mostly in stock and easy to find. Some of the less commonly used products were available but there were not many associates around to share expertise. Associates at checkout were very helpful and friendly.

Not for carpet install. Was told 13 days on Sept 1, the install date ended up being October 13th!!! Then on October 13th, they rescheduled due to lack of workers and rescheduled me for NOVEMBER 11TH!!! This house is a rental....they would cost me $2000 in lost rent, but found a local store that can have it in by Oct 23, so lost rent ONLY $1000 !!! GRRRRRR.

My return was taken kindly tho I didn't have a receipt. I also purchased a heavy item that I had brought from the back of the store without a cart and the cashier helped me get a cart for ease in taking it to my car. :-)

Home Depot , As a very dedicated loyal customer of Home Depot, I was beyond satisfied through out my endeavor through your establishment. I was in a hurry critical that I get the materials and items I came for. As I rushed from the clean well marked parking lot I found a clean cart and an employee greeting me I forgot my mask and without a word. An employee was putting one in my hand without pause i put it on and didn't miss a step there were open clean isle with inviting signage directing my every turn wow I felt like this was all in place just for me I couldn't believe it every item stocked no wrong turns nor settling for something similar to my needs without any negative impact i was in line with my Amex in hand ✋ stop says an employee your about to scan that twice. With out doing i was done receipt printing items bagged cart removed and before I knew yes you guessed it i was back on the rd headed to my chaos of work but for that moment of time it was a walk in the Home Depot clouds. Thanks a million your loyal your dedicated your D.i.y.s

They allow animals in the store. There’s no reason anyone needs to brings there dog shopping. Disgusting.
