Veterans discount, what a joke!

I THINK WITH ALL THE TIMES A PERSON SHOPS AT THIS STORE AND COMPLETES YOUR SURVEY, I THINK I SHALL HAVE TOO CHANGE MY WAY OF DOING BUSINESS.

I loved my experience at the Olean home depot! I wasn't even sure the product I needed was after today!?! My product hi identity became the whole Dept's mission to decipher and locate!..everyone became my investigator...and they were ultimately successful! I haven't had such a good time at a hardware store since I followed my Dad around the neighborhood hardware, a searching through the bins of interesting shiny asst nails and whatnots...we usually stopped for an ice cream...which I did as well on my way home after my successful trip to your friendly, very helpful for a very ignorant shopper!

Associates at the store are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!

There is absolutely no customer service in this store. Took me 25 minutes just tho get an associate to help me with purchasing tools that were in a locked carbonate.

We have made several trips to the Olean, NY store this month. On each visit the store was neat, clean and we'll stocked for the items we were looking for. The staff was helpful and efficient. They helped load our truck and did an overall outstanding job. Thank you Olean Home Depot

I needed to replace my ceiling fan. So off to Home Depot Shopping. Store was very clean. Staff was awesome and friendly. Located everything needed fast and easily. Will be definitely going back. Huge thanks to all the managers and staff for going above and beyond during this COVID-19 pandemic.

Carla is the best merchandise manager I have ever met. There is nothing that she can't accomplish in this store. To use a term substitute "Jill instead of Jack" of all trades.

Garden dept: 7 employees just standing around laughing and joking around. Product was in overhead but not on shelves. When I called your store I was told you had a table top belt sander in stock and in store. Upon arrival I WAS told by employee available for on line order only. Just a over all bad experience at this Hone Depot.

The problem with this store is getting help when you need it the lumber section they will stand there and b******* about what they did for the weekend or what they're doing instead of helping customers I tried getting I bought a refrigerator two months ago the employee was incompetent I came back today to buy a washer and dryer and I can only find the same employee so I am going elsewhere

Could not get a window I had ordered from the "other" store. This store had a window that fit my need. I called and spoke to a person in millwork who confirmed they had what I needed. I was able to go to the store and pick it up. Check out was smooth with a friendly cashier. Thank you. This was on September 25th.

I went in to get paint. The lady at the paint department was very helpful. She helped me pick out just the right shade. I am in love with the new color on my walls. She made sure I had the right roller and even suggested a nice brush to do trim. I walked out with everything I needed.

Although I did not require any assistance on this visit I was impressed by the Orange Aprons I met. None of them looked away as I passed. They all greeted me when I said "Hi" to them. Nice to have employees who seem to like their job.

I am really satisfied to shop at this store. I've always found it clean and the staff has been very friendly. I've also been able to find an Orange Apron when I needed him/her. I cannot recall a time when you did not have what I was looking for EXCEPT for one item, Snail and Slug Pellets. I can get insecticides, rodenticides, miticides, herbicides, and fungicides but no snail and slug pellets. I think I even saw poison for Fire Ants which don't live in this part of the country. Please look into stocking this product. Thank You.

Horrible store. Manager has zero customer service skills. Be careful what you purchase here because they do not stand behind their products.

Have to recommend this store. It’s the only one in our area. Cashiers need to count back your change. The one I had asked me if it was right, which it wasn’t and she asked me by how much?
