The people at this home depot are very friendly and helpful. But the checkout card reader at this location have had serious issues for the past 5 years and no one is addressing the problem. and not having touch-less card readers is terrible as we’re in 2024 . Let’s try to keep up with the times. Also closing the large roll up door at 3pm isn’t working out when people have large items to buy.

When you need something, they are helping when I need information.

The only thing more dirty than inside the store is outside the store. Apparently the manager of this location has no pride in the appearance or cleanliness of the aisles.

1. If merchandise is going to be locked up under pad lock then employees need to do a better job of responding when a customer wants to make a purchase of these items. If they are too busy, then don't restrict customer access to items. 2. Managers need to be better trained in customer service, nothing for my inconvenience not even an apology. Waited over 40 minutes to purchase a new trimmer because the item was padlocked, and no one would respond or answer the phone.

Customer Service is important to me. I ran a company where I never wanted to hear the word, "NO". I had that positive feeling from all of the Ken's Crew employees with whom I dealt. They were fantastic. That type of positive feeling simply CAN'T BE BEAT. THANK YOU KEN'S CREW!!

I always go to this location because everyone is very helpful and friendly.. Specially, “ DJ “ the store manager absolutely very Professional, when I explain to him what I’m looking for right away he helps genuinely to find what I need.. He even went to bring me a shopping car, it was so kind of him..

I went to this home depot 3 times to shop for a new washer. each sales person was extremely helpful & informative! The also encouraged me not to forget to apply to PSE& G for rebate!

The trees at Home Depot were VERY good quality, nice and full and VERY reasonably priced. I went to various garden centers but the trees were NOT good quality yet VERY high priced. As a last resort, I tried Home Depot and was pleasantly surprised. They have very friendly helpful people to help secure it on my car and I will certainly shop for my tree next year at Home Depot.

From 2004 to present time I have been customer of Paramus HD store Everything I brought there I still have. Everything works good.

I needed some doors that were in stock at the Paramus store. I went to buy 3 doors but they had all 7 I needed. Jesse the assistant manager in that department was super helpful and even assisted me in loading the carts getting us to the checkout and even helped us load the truck.

Everyone was great at the store and when we were checking out the cashier Patrick was the best. He was king and when out of his way to be helpful

Once I got the plumbing manager truly super awesome experience and the ladies who ran check out were super awesome also!

Time and time again Home Depot appears to be short staffed. Very difficult to get any help in the store. Feel sorry for the employees because they are so overworked.

I asked for information of an item I normally get in other stores and was surprised that it was also available in this Paramus store

We have purchased quite a few appliances from Home Depot. The salespersons are very knowledgeable and friendly, especially Lenny. He genuinely cares about helping his customers make the right decision when purchasing appliances. He wants his customers to be satisfied and feel comfortable that they have made the right decision.

The Utility Duopump is a lifesaver. It is working like a charm.

I enjoy shopping at the home depot in Paramus. It's well organized, clean and the employees are friendly and helpful.

Employees were too busy chatting with their colleagues to help customers. The employee that helped me clearly didn’t know the department that he was located in. He recommended to me to buy the wrong product, the product I purchased couldn’t be used because it was missing parts that I needed to get an order to use it.

Yesterday I was in the store and looking for help I was impressed by Renae who at once asked if I needed help. I was there for towels for a guest bathroom and I wanted neutral colors. She gladly pointed out that there were Grey towels available. She then called Jermaine to come and assist because there were no more in the building and I wanted the final three set. Indeed, he came up front and saved me money on my purchase. I, frankly, was astonished that Associates in Home Depot, not only help customers but go above and beyond for even a simply sale like towels. My FAVORITE store is now Home Depot in Paramus.

I visited the Paramus Home Depot looking to replace my dishwasher. The sales associates were all friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Meghan is a rock star. Excellent experience, thank you!

courteous caring employees, clean and organized

Went to get Prestone. Checked online before going. Said there was over 100 in stock at Aisle 24, Bay 14. There were none. Went to Pro Desk. They said same thing. CS person came with me. No stock at location nor in racks above. CS person eventually located elsewhere in racks. Got pallet truck to lower stock. Should have been 4 minute in and out. Took over 20. This type of experience has happened in past at this store.

I went to this home depot while visiting family. While unable to find what I needed, Jalil and Brian, two employees, worked extremely hard to help. They were kind and made me feel valued. I would visit this store again just because of how committed to helping these two men were.

I was searching for a particular item at a Home Depot near me and couldn't find it. I contacted the Paramus store and Irene at the service desk was extremely helpful. Thank you Irene for a wonderful experience!

Everything was clean and well stocked.

I bought all the wood I need to build for my house and Jermain was so nice. He sat me down and gave me a price for my wood order that was far less than any other quote I got. Even though the pro desk was closed Jermain took my order and I was thankful for that.

I accidently left some purchases at the self check out. As soon as I got home I tried numerous times to contact the store. No one ever picked up the call.

I was shopping for tiles and supplies to fix my bathroom after some plumbers left a disaster. A wonderful employee helped me to find what I needed--something I never could have done on my own. This employee went above and beyond, for sure. Thanks so much

On a recent visit to Home Depot to research storm doors, the store associate in that department was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.
