I was treated with excellent service and care particularly from Glenn Meekins, Sonya Memeth and Robert (British accent) from flooring. Robert was extremely knowledgable when I placed the flooring order for my 3 story home and office and so polite. Having had a claim issue a week later re: a soil warranty from Lifeproof, Glenn and Sonya were able to facilitate and resolve the matter with tenacity and great follow up calls to me and email. I can’t thank your team enough for being so thorough in their work and care for your clients. I’m also in Retail (Director of Merchandising and Buying) and truly appreciate the work of the field. SERVICE WAS FAST AND EASY TONS OF HELP IN ALL DEPTMENTS.

Customer service poor. Don't answer their phone and have to wait on long returns line to ask a simple question.

As a working mom with very little time I love the fact whatever I need for home repairs or projects I can find it at Home Depot. The people there are always willing to help, they are very friendly and share their knowlege. It also has a great location!

There are many HDs in the area, but this is my go to. Employees are helpful and it is generally very easy to check out when you are done. Very clean. Would recommend.

I bought a previously owned Lawnmower and was assured it was fine. The carburetor was fouled and gasoline leaked out of the air filter port. When I called they said to just let it leak out until empty then return it. LETTING THE GASOLINE LEAK OUT ONTO THE LAWN IS AN ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARD AND NOT LEGAL,

The store is very crowded on Saturday afternoons. if possible, go during the week. late afternoons/early evening is the best time. But, any time you go, the employees are helpful and knowledgeable.

The store is always stocked well the employees always so helpful. April from the paint department is always so super helpful and extra nice always smiling . She was a big help to me today as shes always so helpful she always gives 5star service and beyond.

Was pleasantly surprised to meet a cashier (Jessica) that seemed to be happy to help, and had a sincere smile on her face while she did. I know customer service positions aren't the easiest jobs, but I was happy that I could use this recent trip as a positive example for me to talk about with my 10 year old son about "customer service" and what it means to "do your job to the best of your ability, and with a smile on your face."

Cashier AMY was incredible! She was so sweet and SO kind. She made my experience wonderful. She talked with me, asked about the rug I was buying and ultimately connected with me. I literally said “you’re the best!” On my way out the door. She rocks. Cashier AMY needs a raise ASAP!
