Great customer service

You can not go wrong shopping the Home Depot in Parker Co. Dept. employees know their own dept. very well and many are crossed trained. The store is extremely clean for a big store.

Gill at the Pro desk is one of the best I've ever worked with. The store manager Richard has gone above and beyond to satisfy and or solve issues for me. They are my go to team. Store help in general are some of the best in town.

The personal at this store is very happy and knowledge one you will find only few employees that you might see tired and not wanting to engage. Overall they are all nice friendly and eager to help. I had shopped on this particular store since 2000 and I see that they make an effort to keep their good employees. I love working with them. Pay them a visit they will help you out in your project. Small or big they are there to help you.

The lead in the appliance department is extremely knowledgeable about all brands and models. He is patient and took the time for me to understand what I was buying and their performance history. I ended up buying 4 items in a package deal during the Black Friday sale. He's my go to guy in regard to appliances from now on. I trust that he'll be just as helpful after the purchase as he was during. Thanks!

Employees are always available to answer questions to find items and are very knowledgeable and Friendly

STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!

The store is easy to navigate and I can usually find what I need with no assistance. When I do need assistance, some employees seem to ignore me or even walk away.

I so appreciated the help loading 43 large 16x16 pavers from the garden section provided by Michael the cashier, Peter who helped me realize the weight required three trips in my car while loading pavers, and Kyle and Taylor who loaded them during my 3 trips! There was also a great woman assistant at the self check who rounded up all the helpers but I didn't remember her name. Good job everyone!

If you need help in the electrical department at the Parker store, ask for Daniel. I was shopping there this evening and he was extremely helpful with a number of products. He knows his stuff!

This particular Home Depot has fabulous employees who truly want to help you find exactly what you're looking for. Be sure to visit with Erin in Millworks, Darrell in flooring, Dawn in Customer Service. They will all go above and beyond. By far my store of choice for home improvement needs. I imagine the management is great to have such caring employees, well stocked and clean store.

This store is not a good store for regular home owners. The loading only zone is always full of contractors who choose to use this as close in parking. The management does nothing to dissuade this practice. If you have items that you need to load you have to navigate it through the parking lot.

This is my home hardware store. Staff is usually around and friendly, the lawnmower expert took about half an hour walking me through my choices for a riding mower. It wasn’t, we have these five models, he took the time to ask how many acres I had, if it was hilly, etc. By the time I was finished, I was confident I purchased the right John Deere for my property. Two weeks ago we purchased a dishwasher. The process was smooth and easy. No hard sell.

My husband and I were shopping for a gas dryer. Rick in "appliances" made that task very user friendly! He helped us find exactly what we needed. We love the home town atmosphere of this store!

This is an exceptional Home Depot that is well staffed with knowledgeable and helpful employees. Each department has star employees that go the extra mile to help you find what you need, fix, or build. Young and mature employees work together to make this a positive shopping experience. Shelves are well stocked and the employees smile and are enthusiastic to be working there.

My wife and I had an outstanding experience with the purchase of a refrigerator, specifically with an associate named “Rick”. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, answered all questions to our satisfaction, and was friendly/approachable. He conveyed a true feeling that he wanted to help us. If your looking to buy an appliance, Rick is the “go to guy”.
