Years ago I quit shopping at Home Depot and started shopping at another big box store because there was a significant difference in customer service between the two stores. After shopping at the other store for several years, the customer service I received there significantly declined, so I decided to give Home Depot a try again. Much to my surprise, the customer service at Home Depot in Parker is PHENOMENAL! Within the past couple of months, I have had several experiences, in different departments, that have been simply amazing! One employee in the lighting department called several stores to find some matching lights for me when their stock ran short. After finding the lights, he placed them on hold for me and called me at home telling me where I could pick up the lights! Additionally, in the hardware department, a very knowledgeable individual helped me resolve an issue with a lock, educated me on why the lock had failed, and helped me find the part necessary to fix the lock! The cashiers have also been very helpful while checking out and I have walked away from my recent experiences more satisfied than I expected to be when I walked into the store! Thank you Parker Home Depot and your wonderful employees for making me fill like a valued customer! I will definitely be back because of how the employees have treated and helped me!

Had help from a great employee from Garden doing more than expected in Plumbing, I believe his name was Steve Z., anyhow for a guy to stop and help in another area outside of his expertise was refreshing, you normally don't get anyone to look at you!

Rude, under staffed, unprofessional!!! Don’t want to sell there products currently in store. Seriously under stocked. Why would I have Home Depot order me something over priced, when I can order myself cheaper anywhere else. Not happy with appliance department at all.

The people at this store was very helpful and answered all my questions. Very good collection of product to choose from.

Highly recommend Judith if you are looking to redo your kitchen. She was extremely helpful and gave us lots of tips and kept to our budget, so we could get our dream kitchen!

Outstanding Customer Service, well stocked and reasonable prices.

Had an amazing experience on Christmas Eve. I needed a welder and had no idea what I was actually looking for. Mark and another gentleman took the time to talk to me, ask important questions, and helped me figure out what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

If you have a home project you are about to start, go to Home Depot and ask for their experienced staff, in the area of your project, for assistance and guidance to get you into and through the project. I started on my own and got very frustrated. Richard Parker, Store Manager who has been in the stain and paint profession for over 15 years talked with me about my goals and showed me ways to accomplish it. He cleared away the misunderstandings I had and got me on the right path. I now believe that I can finish the project. I will continue to shop at Home Depot for all my home improvement needs.

we enjoy shopping at the Parker Home Depot. We can always locate someone to help us. They are friendly and sincerely helpful with a good attitude... So rare in retail today, for the most part.. We appreciate the employees at Home Depot in Parker, Co. The best of any store we do business with...They always try to help us solve what ever problem we are working on.

This is where I shop the most!

We shop the Parker Store every day and a lot of your other stores during the course of the week. The Pro desk is outstanding, great knowledge and always willing to help out sourcing products, pulling orders & special orders . The Customer service / return dept. efficient and very good at friendly service Managers always willing to listen and help out when needed. The store is clean and well stocked. The Parking lot is big and easy to access, that very important to contactors with large vehicles & trailers . Cant say enough about all the store departments, lots of knowledgeable help and even a few employees asking us questions to help gain knowledge. That shows a lot of enthusiasm in the staff about wanting to do a great job for Depot. The only complaint I have is fix your delivery program, 3rd party service doesn't represent the store personnel in customer service. Drivers don't call clients before the delivery time, show up pretty much anytime, drop full loads at the jobsites with asking where etc. The store delivery pullers do a good job, pulling the product, checking its right etc. But it goes down the tubes once the driver gets the load. I have even gone to renting the rental truck to avoid using Home Depot delivery. It needs a complete do over!

Best Home Depot I've been to. Very knowledgeable, floor helpers aplenty, they know exactly where things are and they walk you to the item. Checkout is easy as pie.

I always have a good experience at this store.

Great Friendly Staff

As a small business owner in the local area, I love the support I get from the great staff there at the pro desk. They are always helpful and always seem to go above and beyond to provide excellent help to allow me to run a successful construction company.

As I said this was an awesome experience Moana the cashier at service center wet Beyond the Call of Duty to take care of us in a timely manner give praise to her and the crew that she set us up with in the hardware department I would come back there again and send anybody there also and keep doing the services there

The store employees at checkout were friendly and knowledgeable. However, my appliance delivery was scheduled for delivery on Sat Nov 3, got a confirmation call on Fri Nov 2nd at 9:30 with my 4 hour window. I proceeded to uninstall my wall oven and microwave in preparation for the delivery the next day. Then at 5:20 I get a call saying my delivery was rescheduled to NOVEMBER 7th!! I called the number provided on my receipt and there is NO option to talk to a person. Called into the store and was told the delivery people were likely already gone for the day and don't have office hours on Sat - so nothing they can do. I felt like there was zero sympathy and they were not empowered to provide me with a better experience. I have 3 kids and will now be stuck with either reinstalling and uninstalling my appliances or going out to eat. Not happy and hope others but their appliances elsewhere.

I love shopping at this particular Home Depot. I am always greeted by friendly familiar faces who are eager to show me where the product I am looking for is located. Then they have the knowledge to explain how that product is used, what it is used for and what it won't work for. I will always be a repeat customer.

Great customer service. I have recently needed the help of the employees in the paint department. They have wonderful knowledge, patience, and helpful advice on paint ideas. I so appreciate them.

The review I did for the Littleton store (visited on 10-10-18) was mixed up. I reviewed Gary from Hardware during my 10-11-18 visit. But that is okay... When I shopped the Littleton H.D. I didn't need help. I did return some garden bulbs and the return desk person was courteous. I bought a 'dead-bolt' lock. When I checked out at the self-serve area, it was crowded and the gal managing it, came to me and checked me out quickly. Very nice! …..NOW, to the Parker Home Depot, I took the dead-bold lock to Parker HD, to get the lock to work with my home key. I asked the front checkout people who I should talk to, to get my lock and keys taken care of. One smallish man, older, (don't know his name) delightfully said, "I'll call a person for you, just go to aisle 18 and I'll have someone there in a few minutes." Gary came to the rescue and did a super job making sure my lock matched my key AND carefully making my new fancy keys to match my lock. What a nice and patient person. It felt like I was talking to my neighbor, that's how comfortable he made me feel. And all my copied keys work great in my new lock! Because of Gary!
