They make it easy to come in and pay my bill and help me with whatever I need for my business anywhere from signs, to building something for my plant displays to cutting wood for a planter. Etc. I'm an Interior Scraper so anything plant related that I need to build or mulch, plants or signage I can accomplish here at Home Depot

I'm from out of town. I was traveling to visit family and we stayed in the area the night previous, and my car window was smashed in a burglary. I had no tools and no idea how to get back on the highway without a car window. Walking into Home Depot, Todd greeted us and when I explained our situation, he took charge to help us measure the window, pick out the plexiglass, work with his management team to provide the tools to cut the plexiglass, and even helped me install the plexiglass. Todd is an everyday hero working at Home Depot. He doesn't wear a cape, but he does wear a big smile. Todd exemplifies the ideal of above-and-beyond customer service and he is a major asset to this organization. All the while helping us, his professionalism and mannerisms were on display - picking up misplaced items instead of walking past them, helping another co-worker move a burdened cart on our way to measure in the parking lot, all the little things. Anthony, the manager also exemplified unique leadership in his support for our unique situation, providing the tools, the support, and the time to take care of us and get us back on the road. Faith in humanity restored after our difficult situation. Couldn't say enough about this staff.

She helped us with our condominium upgrade which we were having trouble accomplishing in Ft. Myers. Now on our way to a successful remodel.

My gas hot water heater died last night, and I had to find one today. Home Depot at this location had exactly what I wanted/needed. The store assistants were super friendly and helpful! I really received personal care!

This location exemplifies what customer service should be! We always have a positive experience shopping at this location! George helped us yesterday and would always choice to go back to this location to shop based upon his customer service and friendliness of him and the rest of the staff at this location!

I have found this store to be staffed with a very knowledgeable crew. I try to shop between 9-3PM when I know this crew is on duty. They are approachable and helpful

The Penfield store has great employees. They always seem to be pleasant and helpful. They will stop and ask if you need help. If you are looking for something, frequently the employee will not only tell you where it is at, but will walk you over to the location.

But at times I have to go to and shop your bigger stores than the one nearest me.

As a (sometimes annoying) DIYer, the folks at Penfield Home Depot have always been patient with me when attempting to explain what it is I'm working on. I often see the same faces, many for the past several years. This itself speaks volume about the store management, and why I will only go to Penfield HD!

If it was not for the amazing staff at the Pro Desk, I would probably shop at the Victor store. When you call the store its a 50/50 shot someone will actually answer on nights and weekends. Daytime its easy to reach the pro desk staff though. KNOWLEDGEABLE staff on the sales floor is rare. Most make you describe what your looking for at which time they have to try and find someone else to help. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW THE STORE, DO NOT ASK ME IF I NEED HELP "FINDING SOMETHING"!!! I find it easier just to walk back to the Pro area and ask them. The positives are most things are in stock, most of the staff are friendly, and you don't move products around the stores like the blue box store.

Most big box stores you visit today it's difficult if not impossible to find help finding what you're looking for - this Home Depot store had help readily available upon my arrival which helped me find what I was looking for promptly - excellent help that exceeded my expectations!

I recently came in to purchase a large quantity of window treatments and one your employees, Albert was extremely helpful. In my opinion he went above and beyond. His computer wasn't working as it should, so he unfortunately did not make the sale himself although he did all the work. He assisted me the entire process to ensure that I receive what I needed. He was great and I hope to run into him again.

as I have picked up online orders over the past few months the employees are not consistently cheerful and helpful. seems some have more than their share of "bad days" and do not act like they enjoy their job. always did receive what I went to the store to pickup.

I shopped in many areas of the store. Flooring, rugs, lighting, and more. Every Department had employees willing to go above and beyond for me to get the things I needed and they were willing to spend as much time with me as I wanted to get those things. No rushing me. That I loved. They made great suggestions for what I needed and came up with possible problems for things I wanted to use that may have not been the best for me and I was able to buy other products that were better. I went with the plan of buying a berber rug and the salesman asked me about pets. I never thought that they loop on the rug could easily catch on their toenails and pull, causing issues with the rug. I really appreciated that he brought that to my attention and I'm very happy with the rug I chose that is not berber!

Courteous, knowledgeable, customer-focused employees and the store is always neat, clean and well stocked.

We were blessed to have Danielle working that morning when the truck pickup didn't go as planned! She went above and beyond the call of duty and helped correct the issue and teach an unknowing young man how to properly start and operate a Diesel rental truck.

This was an easy and pleasurable experience.....
