has everything I need, helpful knowledgeable employees

I had to go to the store 3 times to find the correct bath walls for my needs. The first time to shop around, the second time I bought what I thought I needed and the third time to return the incorrect item. the third time I found a man who really knew what I was talking about and suggested the correct item, and he also recommended the correct glue to use. Sorry I do not remember the name.

Layout is logical and hardware is easy to find. I prefer it over Lowes.

I went to this store between 6:30 and 7:00 PM on a Monday. The store was understaffed, something new for this store. While there was a cashier in the garden section, she was alone in that department, so she could not get propane tanks for customers. I had a return issue with a propane tank with a defective valve. While the returns counter was manned, staff in multiple departments were trying to reach managers to help multiple customers, and no managers were answering their phones. If the franchise owner of this store set the new staffing policy, he or she should lose this franchise. If the brand is setting new staffing policy, you've just sunk to the level of Lowe's in offering little service outside of peak traffic times. Those staff who were available to help me were friendly but clearly upset at the understaffing. The absent managers should be suspended, demoted or fired.

The employees of this store continue to be the absolute worst, lazy, most incompetent horrible employees of a big box store ever. It’s shocking that management continues not to care, hires the laziest most incompetent employees and nothing changes year after year after year. Truly horrible every single time I have to go to this store.

This store has two few cashiers waiting to check customers out after they are finished shopping. No manager is there to open up another register. Peoples carts were overflowing and the number of people in line were six per each register. Your store is being compared to Wegmans grocery store. They open up additional registers if there are more than two people in the lines. Do you were going to lose a lot of customers on this memorial day weekend

Easy access to parking. Not a long walk into the store

The people at this store are always happy to help customers find what they are looking for. One time this store was out of a grill I wanted and the employee called another store and put one on hold for me.

I love tools so I am very happy with how friendly the people are at the Penfield store when they help me with a product. I do find the store very clean and I am happy with the assistance I get when I need it.

Store is extremely clean and well lit. Staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Sufficient quantities of product on the shelves. Generally, made for a pleasant shopping experience.

It was so nice to walk into the store and have every single employee greet my boyfriend and I with a smile! We didn’t need any help finding what we needed. However, the couple employees let us know where they would be located if we did end up needing help. Definitely will be returning!

So far everyone that I've stopped and talked to her very helpful everyone knows where things are and if they don't they recommend other things so I'm very pleased with the store and that's it

Today I was in the store early, and anxious to get in and out. I initially tried to find the plumbing stuff needed, failed, and asked the first person I saw in Paint Dept. expecting to get directions. He came out from behind the counter and walked me down to the product. The best part was he seemed to appreciate the opportunity to help! The store was clean, never seen it otherwise. As stated, the cashier was equally as engaging and helpful. Overall it was a great start for a Friday morning. Thanks

The employees there are generally very friendly. We love to bring our dog there and he loves going there. I am a contractor and work with a lot of people, but I have to say that Dan in the plumbing department is the most knowledgeable salesman I have ever met at any retail store. Dan at the customer service desk is also excellent, was willing to help us right away.

I came into Home Depot completely lost as to some intricate electrical work I had to urgently take care of. Fortunately, Rick came to my aid. He spent almost 45 minutes helping me find what I need and then patiently and expertly explaining to me what I had to do. And the whole while he was assisting and troubleshooting problems with other customers as well, never ceasing to keep helping me out. Paul was also tag teaming with him. Both were very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. And Rick helped me out of a real problem. Greatly appreciated! Thanks, Rick!

Very friendly, ready to direct and often accompany to the aisle holding what I am looking for. Usually have someone with electrical, plumbing, wood-working, paint experience who can answer my questions or give me ideas on how to complete a project.

Great place to find new items I never knew existed before! Pleasant service always.
