I bought some Aloe Vera Star Plants and they are thriving in my yard.

Went to get garbage disposal unit. EXTREMELY HELPFUL employee in this department. Went to check out again EXTREMELY HELPFUL employee.

Great store with full line of merchandise and helpful associates.

We recently had flooring installed in our home and had leftover product. We returned the leftover material to the Home Depot at 51st and baseline. Angie, was our customer service person. She was exceptionally nice and very knowledgeable. She thoroughly explained everything to us and went a step above and beyond and left a note for someone else to contact us regarding a return. She made the process painless and completed it in a timely fashion.

Sales Associate Joshua Sanchez in the kitchen department provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to help us answer questions and make an informed decisions. We went back multiple times to speak to him because of his kindness, hard work, and helpfulness. We’d recommend anyone thinking of a kitchen remodel to go see Joshua. We spent comfortable spending our money knowing we make the right choice because of his time and effort. Thank you Joshua!!

It's a great feeling to walk into a store, (being that's its early) and everyone is out going and very helpful. Good job guys for making my trip easy.

Knowledgeable sales staff. Much better than the"other" home improvement store.

The store is staffed by very helpful and friendly employees. The products are arranged and labeled well, so I was easily able to find & purchase the items I needed for my home improvement project, even though they were in different departments. At the checkout, Cashier Lita Jo was friendly and helpful, assisting me when I was unsure how to use the 10% military discount. She thanked me for my service to the country and made sure I had everything scanned and bagged quickly and efficiently. I've used this Home Depot location throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and I appreciate the precautions taken to ensure the health & safety of employees and customers. I'm glad they were open during the past year so that we could continue to buy the home improvement items we needed.

To much clutter in the front of the store, hard to walk around with all the displays. Employees are not helpful to say the least. Would not recommend this Home Depot. Drive down the road a few blocks to Lowe’s instead. Or find a different Home Depot to shop at.

Today's shopping experience was excellent!! I had a young lady named Audrey assisting me!! She had this "Can-do" attitude. She didn't pawn the work off on anyone..she "got in the trenches" and assisted me, from A-Z, side-by-side, until the issue was resolved!! I truly appreciate her help and it was above and beyond!! Keep Rocking it, Audrey!!!! Based on today, I highly recommend due to the extremely positive shopping experience!! Thank you!!!

I went to the Laveen Home Depot with intentions to purchase a power blower that I saw on Home Depot website. When I got to the store I realize the price was $50 difference. My cashier listen to my concerns, reviewed the website, and honored the price online. Made my day thanks again Mario

Home Depot in Laveen is a great place to shop. I always find helpful staff when I have difficulty locating an item. The store is clean and well stocked. Staff are a big plus.

Sunday staff is friendly and helpful when answering light bulb questions... brightness type, socket sizes, watts, package sets , etc . Zero wait time at checkout. Excellent work - great job - kudos to all...

I rated it average because like many other places that have people that are not social towards customers and will not approach customers to see if they need help, this one has them too. I will say that I had a bad experience with one employee specifically on 5/6/21 that may have just been having a bad day (but you do not treat customers the way he did); but my experience was significantly improved with the help of Victoria.

The sales associates, from the paint department to the cashier, are friendly and professional. They know their stuff, and are ready to assist when needed. One associate even took the time to walk me over to the product that I was looking for. The store was clean and well stocked for what I was looking for.

Went to store in the early morning on a Sunday. The store was full of employees with only a handful of customers. Nobody would ask if I needed help. Finally approached the 3 employees stretching and yawning at the completely empty self checkouts. They said we will page help. After standing around another 5 minutes watching multiple other employees walk by I decided to leave.

Sheila the front ended manager was super helpful in helping me with a mid-priced plant. She was so sweet she actually made me tear-up with kindness.

The store is well kept, the staff is prompt and precise to help you every time. And customer service is excellent. Never have an issue.

The store was dirty and the associate and managers do not make customer service a priority. Most of the associates are high school aged and are not knowledge or want to assist. The manager are responsive when called or paged to assist.
