All staff are very helpful. I am renovating a home. Its hard to anticipate everything you need at time of purchase using promotions. The staff work with customers to make purchases 'affordable' and go the extra mile to help. If there is a need, the managers are there to help. You may notice most of the people working are older. They work there because they like working there. They care. Its great to see the same people working when you come in. They take the time to get to know you, say hello. Always offer to help. This is why I shop at THIS store.

All persons were kind & friendly from the time I entered the Pro entrance; Matt D in Home Decor was patient, courteous and kind preparing my special order; as was an employee helping me find a shelf product; the cashier helper at the self serve check out was kind and caring also!

Have been purchasing all home improvement materials and essentials from Home Depot. This store offers great products and the associates are respectful and helpful to customers.

The product I purchased did just what said it would do.

I needed help with bi-fold doors to replace an old closet door that kept falling off. Nikolo verified in store stock vs customer made was the right path based on dimensions I had taken and brought with me. We bought stock that was on hand, installed the doors the next day and they fit perfectly.

I have no clue what to do when it comes to home repairs. The employees are friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen and explain in a way I can understand.

Kurt, one of the associates working at the Plymouth Home Depot, was very kind and helpful to us! We wanted to buy a certain Christmas tree and couldn't find it in the store ourselves. Kurt determined that there was only one, the floor model. Kurt called the Northville store and checked all of the other stores in the Detroit area on line for us. He then got permission for us to buy the floor model. He unplugged the various lights, took the tree apart, found a wonderful bag on wheels , packed it, carried it to the cashier and then out to our car! We are in our 70's and so grateful for his exceptional service! It really meant a lot to us.

One stop shopping. Get in, get out and back to work. Great inventory. Now if you get rid on some of the rude customers I hear in the store!!! LOL

I needed a new storm door handle and worked with Nicolo Schultz who told me what exactly was needed from my existing door/where to find it (model #) and gave me his business card to call him once I was back home and located the model. He was friendly, kind, thoughtful, informative, patient and helpful. The world needs more people like Nicolo Schultz!

Every time I shop at this Home Depot #2762 in Plymouth,MI, I am impressed. The store is very clean and well organized. All the employees are friendly and helpful. I am always greeted when I enter. Products are well displayed and inviting.

I shop often at Home Depot, primarily during early hours and EVERY shopping trip is positive. My residence is less than 8 minutes from Home Depot. On my visit 8-23-23 7:25am the supervisor on duty Floyd helped by loading 6 bags of garden material onto my pickup truck. There were no loaders available. Floyd made the choice to help me. I am very grateful.

I love to shop at Home Depot. Everything well organized with good quality. I definitely recommend to friends and neighbors.

I have purchased two (2) water heaters from this location (along with several other high dollar appliances). One (1) failed within a few years. The return policy was painful. Rheem only prorated the return. Not impressed with Rheem. Home Depot required the old water heater to perform the return (very painful). Had to come out of pocket and do a return. Mo (customer returns store manager) and Jeff (product sales associate) we’re very helpful despite the Rheem predicament. I felt they went above and beyond to help where they could. Hats off to Mo and Jeff on making the best of a stressful situation! Need more people like Mo and Jeff : )

I found the work-force at my local Plymouth township MI store to be helpful. If they don't have a direct answer to your question, they find someone who will.

I visit the store at least once a week, everyone in the store is extremely friendly, professional, helpful, and more than willing to go out of their way to make sure my questions are taken care of. Absolutely outstanding store.

I recently visited this location looking for a tankless water heater vent termination component. The store didn’t have the part in stock, it is not a normal stock item in any Home Depot. I met a very helpful associate named Joe that showed me the story of the component and why the website indicated a Liited Quantities available at this location. Joe was very helpful in going on the store site and ordering me the component I needed, I’ll have it delivered to my home next day. Sure, I could have ordered myself, but, Joe took care of that for me. All set, great experience, I will definitely look Joe up for any further plumbing dept. questions in the future.

In the washer department and had a great salesman.

Usually have everything I need or if you don’t will let me know where to get it ! :)
