This survey is for the very nice lady who helped me make a copy for my car key! Katherine you are the best! Please keep helping out customers! I didn’t like when she was helping me out and a manager or co worker said she shouldn’t have been doing a copy but have someone from hardware to do it. Where there was no one in site to help me out but her. She went above and beyond for doing someone else’s job. Thank you again!

Super dirty and disorganized. Long checkout lines and cashier could care less about customers she was talking on the phone about her dinner last night.

The plumbing and wood products here at this location are really a great asset to have access to. Sometimes the stock could be better organized in the proper bins and better stocked. There is very high demand in this area at this store for their great products in general due to the prime location of this store on the border of NY and CT. During night hours the parking lot is dimly illuminated so be careful walking around cars as it's hard to see customers and employees in certain spots more than others. The staff in general are very helpful when not overwhelmed with too many other responsibilities.

Portchester Store is my "go to" place. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Would not consider anywhere else.....unless they did not carry my required goods.

I never get such good treatment

Poor training. Home Depot employees chit chatting with other employees. Disrespectful. On their phones texting. Generally distracted.

Good selection in garden department

Cashiers are rude and act like they are doing you a favor being there. There was a new low today when I was cursed out in Spanish by a cashier who gave me incorrect change. I asked for the correct change and she said she gave me the correct amount and cursed me out, partially under her breath but loud enough for me and everyone around us to hear.The rest of the staff is very helpful and friendly

I don’t have a problem with the store in general and most of the employees are... ok... but there are definitely a few that can take a lesson in treated customers nicely. Rude attitude gets you no where in retail.

Just had the worst possible experience trying to return $20 worth of hardware. Purchase was made two days ago with a gift card and then needed a drivers license to return the items even with the receipt and the original gift card in hand. The frontend manager, Herbie, came over and started to speak to me in some condescending childlike voice. I just wanted to return the items and ended up giving him a passport just to do so. Home Depot should not be asking for personal information especially governmental ID with all the identity theft going on in today’s society. In addition, the return policy should be clearly stated at the time of purchase

They attended me with a good personality

Contractors DON'T use delivery since your project will be so screwed up from deliveries being inconsistent, missing items and chasing someone to get the items since Home Depot maintains they delivered the items - just a rip off.

Look for Eloise in the plumbing department. She is knowledgeable, friendly and a real good person to share a conversation with. Might even learn a few things.

I did need help to find what I was looking for and received the help with no time lost. The store was as clean as can be at the area I was at.
